Abstract

Terbatasnya media pembelajaran yang digunakan oleh guru membuat peserta didik kelas XI APHP di SMKN Pertanian Pembangunan SMKN PP Cianjur kesulitan memahami materi yang disampaikan. Upaya yang dilakukan peneliti untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut ialah dengan melakukan pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis website yang dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar kognitif peserta didik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) Mengetahui kelayakan media pembelajaran berbasis website pada kompetensi dasar pengolahan umbi-umbian, (2) Mengetahui hasil belajar kognitif peserta didik kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis website pada kompetensi dasar pengolahan umbi-umbian, (3) Mengetahui hasil belajar kognitif peserta didik kelas kontrol yang menggunakan media pembelajaran power point pada kompetensi dasar pengolahan umbi-umbian, (4) Mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar kognitif antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis website ini menggunakan metode ADDIE. Tahapan penelitian meliputi Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Selanjutnya, media pembelajaran berbasis website diimplementasikan dalam proses pembelajaran untuk mengetahui aspek koginitif hasil belajar dan dibandingkan hasilnya dengan kelas kontrol menggunakan desain quasi experiment – nonequivalent control group. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelayakan media pembelajaran berbasis website pada kompetensi dasar pengolahan umbi-umbian dinyatakan “Sangat Layak” oleh ahli media dan materi, dinyatakan “Layak” oleh ahli bahasa , dan dinyatakan “Sangat Layak” oleh peserta didik. Berdasarkan hasil yang didapatkan, N-Gain pada kelas eksperimen dikategorikan ‘Tinggi” sedangkan pada kelas kontrol dikategorikan “Sedang”. Berdasarkan hasil uji independent sample t-test dapat disimpulkan bahwa “terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar kognitif antara kelas ekperimen yang menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis website dan kelas kontrol yang menggunakan media pembelajaran power point”. The limited learning media used by the teacher made it difficult for students of class XI APHP at SMKN Pertanian Pembangunan SMKN PP Cianjur to understand the material presented. Efforts made by researchers to overcome these problems are by developing web-based learning media that can improve students cognitive learning outcomes. The aims of this study were (1) to determine the feasibility of website-based learning media on the basic competence of tubers processing, (2) to determine the cognitive learning outcomes of experimental class students who used website-based learning media on the basic competencies of tuber processing, (3) to know cognitive learning outcomes of control class students who use power point learning media on the basic competence of tubers processing, (4) Knowing the difference in cognitive learning outcomes between the experimental class and the control class. The development of this website-based learning media uses the ADDIE method. The research stages include Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Furthermore, website-based learning media is implemented in the learning process to determine the cognitive aspects of learning outcomes and compare the results with the control class using a quasi-experimental design - nonequivalent control group. The results showed that the feasibility of website-based learning media on the basic competencies of tuber processing was declared "Very Appropriate" by media and materials experts, declared " Feasible" by linguists, and declared " Very Appropriate " by students. Based on the results obtained, the N-Gain in the experimental class is categorized as 'High' while in the control class it is categorized as "Medium". Based on the results of the independent sample t-test, it can be concluded that "there are differences in cognitive learning outcomes between the experimental class using website-based learning media and the control class using power point learning media".
