Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan memahami nilai Nasioanlisme yang terkandung dalam tari Bandrong Ing Cilegon dan aplikasinya dalam pembelajaran tari melalui discovery learning di SMP Negeri 2 Cilegon. Melalui penelitian ini, diharapkan para siswa akan memiliki jiwa Nasioalisme yang kuat. Hal ini sangat penting dilakukan untuk menyadarkan siswa akan identitas kebangsaanya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan mix methods. Penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan Etnokoreologi dilakukan untuk menganalisis nilai-nilai Nasionalisme yang terkandung di dalam Tari Bandrong Ing Cilegon, sedangkan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode experiment digunakan untuk menerapkan nilai Nasionalisme kepada siswa di dalam pembelajaran tari melalui model Discovery Learning. Pembelajaran tari ini dilakukan dengan cara Blended Learning yaitu tatap muka secara terbatas dan tatap maya melalui media internet, zoom, youtube dan Google Form. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, studi dokumentasi dan angket. Hasil analisis tari Bandrong Ing Cilegon, sesuai dengan ragam gerak tarinya, iringan serta tata busana dan rias, menghasilkan nilai Nasionalisme Keberanian, Rela Berkorban, Cinta Tanah Air dan Kesetiaan. Semangat Nasionalisme ini terkandung dalam gerak Pasang, Tonjok, Banteng Malang dan Sepak Malang. Selanjutnya, implementasi nilai Nasionalisme dalam pembelajaran tari melalui daring sebanyak 6 kali pertemuan dan tatap muka 8 kali. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa para siswa di kelas VIII SMPN 2 Cilegon meningkat pemahaman tentang nilai Nasionalisme. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran tari tari Bandrong Ing Cilegon dapat mempengaruhi afektif siswa yang dicirikan dengan meningkatnya pemahaman nilai-nilai nasionalisme. Kata Kunci : Tari Bandrong Ing Cilegon, Discovery Learning, Nasionalisme, Nilai Pendidikan The purpose of this research to analyze and understand the nationalism value contained in the Bandrong Ing Cilegon dance and the application in dance learning through Discovery Learning at SMP Negeri 2 Cilegon. Through this research, it is hoped that students will have a strong nationalism spirit. This is very important to do to make students aware of their national identity. This study uses a mix methods approach. Qualitative research with an ethnocoreological approach was conducted to analyze the values of nationalism contained in the Bandrong Ing Cilegon Dance, while quantitative research using the experimental method was used to apply the value of nationalism to students in dance learning through the Discovery Learning model. This dance learning is carried out by means of Blended Learning, meeting in a limited manner and virtual meetings via the internet, zoom, youtube and Google Form. Data collection was carried out by means of observation, interviews, documentation study and questionnaires. The results of the analysis of the Bandrong Ing Cilegon dance, according to the variety of dance movements, accompaniment and dress and make-up, produce values of Nationalism, Courage, Willingness to Sacrifice, Love of the Motherland and Loyalty. This spirit of nationalism is embodied in the movements of pasang, Tonjok, Banteng Malang and Sepak Malang. Furthermore, the implementation of the value of Nationalism in learning dance online has 8 vitual meetings. The results showed that students in VIII grade of SMPN 2 Cilegon had an increased understanding of the value of nationalism. This study concludes that learning the Bandrong Ing Cilegon dance can affect student's affective, characterized by increased understanding of the values of nationalism.
