Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh banyaknya guru yang mengalami kesulitan dalam perencanaan pembelajaran. Saat ini guru dalam membuat RPP tidak dirancang dengan baik, kebanyakan RPP yang disusun tidak dijadikan sebagai acuan dalam proses belajar mengajar melainkan guru cenderung berpedoman terhadap buku paket (buku pegangan) sehingga RPP yang disusun guru hanya digunakan untuk pelengkap saja bahkan RPP tersebut berasal dari hasil jiplakan RPP guru sekolah lain. Setelah diidentifikasi, faktor yang mendasar adalah guru belum memahami paradigma baru tentang kurikulum 2013. Berdasarkan masalah dan identifikasi tersebut maka peneliti memandang sangat penting dilakukan penelitian terkait analisis penyusunan RPP. Secara lebih spesifik penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan komponen dan konten, kesesuaian komponen dan prinsip-prinsip penyusunan RPP PAI yang dibuat oleh guru PAI di sekolah dengan standar proses pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, dimana teknik dokumentasi adalah alat pengumpul data yang kemudian dianalisis dalam bentuk reduksi data, display data, dan verifikasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) dari keenam guru PAI dalam membuat sembilan aspek komponen sudah mencantumkan dengan benar, dimana tujuh aspek komponen sudah dicantumkan dengan baik, sedangkan untuk komponen langkah pembelajaran dan penilaian tidak tersusun dengan sempurna, (2) dari keenam guru PAI dalam menyusun komponen RPP sudah sesuai, namun dalam komponen indikator, langkah pembelajaran, materi, metode, sumber, dan penilaian beberapa RPP belum sesuai, (3) dari keenam guru PAI dalam prinsip penyusunan RPP sudah sesuai, namun dari dua RPP tidak mencantumkan prinsip perbedaan individual peserta didik dan pengembangan budaya membaca menulis. This study is motivated by many teachers who have difficulty in the learning planning. This time, teachers in making the lesson plans are not well designed, most of the arranged lesson plans are not used as a reference in the teaching and learning process but teachers tend to be guided by textbooks (handbooks) therefore the lesson plans arranged by teachers only used as a complimentary, even the lesson plans were derived from plagiarism of other school teachers lesson plans. After being identified, the underlying factor is that the teachers do not understand the new paradigm about 2013 curriculum. Based on the problem and identification, therefore researcher considers that it is very important to conduct a research related to the analysis of lesson plans preparation. More specifically, this research aims to describe components and contents, compatibility of components and principles of lesson plans preparation of Islamic Education made by the Islamic Education teachers in school with the educational process standards. This research used qualitative approach with descriptive method, where the documentation technique is the data collection tool which is then analyzed in the form of data reduction, data display and verification. This research results showed that: (1) from the six Islamic Education teachers in making the nine aspects of components have included correctly, where seven aspects of components have been included well, whereas for the learning steps and assessment component is not arranged perfectly, (2) from the six Islamic Education teachers in arranging the lesson plans components is already appropriate, however in the indicator, learning steps, material, method, source, and assessment component, some lesson plans are not yet appropriate, (3) from the six Islamic Education teachers in the principles of lesson plans preparation is already appropriate, however from two lesson plans do not include the principle of students individual difference and development of reading and writing culture.
