Abstract

Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh pada mata pelajaran matematika seyogyanya harus dipersiapkan dengan baik dari mulai perencanaan, pelaksanaan, sampai kepada evaluasi pembelajaran. Fokus penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana Peran Guru dan mendeskripsikan Peran Guru dalam Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh pada Mata Pelajaran Matematika. Penelitian ini menggunakan model penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SD 150 Gatot Subroto Kota Bandung dengan subjek penelitianya adalah para guru, dalam hal ini para guru diberikan angket dan wawancara untuk mengetahui beberapa indikator dari peran guru, (1) Sebagai sumber belajar dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh guru memberikan sumber belajar dari berbagai sumber; (2) Sebagai demonstrator pada pembelajaran jarak jauh ini dimana guru memberikan fasilitas seperti media; (3) Sebagai motivator guru memberikan motivasi kepada siswa. (4) Sebagai pengelola dalam guru berperan agar pembelajaran dapat terarah; (5) Sebagai evaluator guru berperan untuk memberikan evaluasi agar mengetahui sejauh mana siswa menguasai suatu materi pembelajaran. Terakhir mengenai Faktor pendukung (1) Adanya kerjasama guru-guru dalam membuat program penugasan untuk siswa; (2) Pemerintah yang membuat program pembelajaran melalui televisi; (3) Sekolah yang memberikan dana internet setiap bulannya; (4) Orang tua yang bekerja sama dalam membimbing siswa pada pelaksanaan pembelajaran jarak jauh. Faktor penghambat (1) Guru kurang memahami materi pembelajaran yang akan diberikan kepada siswa; (2) Tidak semua siswa dan orangtua mampu memenuhi kebutuhan seperti selama pembelajaran jarak jauh; (3) Kurangnya pengetahuan orangtua tentang penggunaan aplikasi internet; (4) Pengumpulan tugas yang terlambat dikarenakan hanya memiliki satu handphone; (5) Guru kesulitan dalam menjelaskan materi. Kata Kunci : Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh, Peran Guru, Wabah Covid 19 Distance learning in mathematics should be well prepared, starting from planning, implementing, to evaluating learning. The focus of this research is to examine how the role of the teacher and to describe the role of the teacher in the implementation of distance learning in mathematics subjects. This study used a qualitative descriptive research model. This research was conducted at SD 150 Gatot Subroto, Bandung City with the research subjects being the teachers, in this case the teachers were given a questionnaire and interviews to see some indicators of the teacher's role, (1) As a learning resource in distance learning the teacher provides learning resources from various sources; (2) As a demonstrator on distance learning where the teacher provides facilities such as media; (3) As a motivator, the teacher provides motivation to students. (4) As a manager in the role of the teacher so that learning can be directed; (5) As a teacher evaluator who provides an evaluation of the extent to which students have mastered a learning material. Finally, regarding the supporting factors (1) There is cooperation between teachers in making assignment programs for students; (2) The government makes learning programs through television; (3) Schools that provide internet funds every month; (4) Parents who work together in guiding students in the implementation of distance learning. Inhibiting factors (1) The teacher does not understand the learning material that will be given to students; (2) Not all students and parents are able to meet needs such as during distance learning; (3) Lack of parental knowledge about the use of internet applications; (4) Delayed assignments because they only have one cellphone; (5) The teacher has difficulty explaining the material.
