Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keterlaksanaan sintak dan hasil belajar siswa dari penerapan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning pada kompetensi belajar Pengolahan Hasil Perkebunan Tahunan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang dilakukan dalam 3 siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Objek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XI TPHP 2 jurusan Teknologi Pengolahan Hasil Pertanian SMK Negeri 1 Cikalongkulon. Hasil belajar siswa diukur menggunakan tes objektif (pre-test dan post-test), lembar observasi sikap, lembar penilaian keterampilan, dan lembar observasi proses pembelajaran. Model pembelajaran Project Based Learning (PjBL) terlaksana dengan baik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar siswa. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh: (1) keterlaksanaan proses pembelajaran berjalan dengan sangat baik, (2) ketercapaian KKM pada aspek kognitif yaitu pada siklus 1 adalah 76% pada siklus II adalah 87%, dan pada siklus III adalah 90% (3) rata-rata nilai afektif pada indikator spiritual, jujur, tanggung jawab, disiplin, percaya diri, dan sopan santun mengalami peningkatan pada siklus I ke siklus II dan siklus III, (4) rata-rata nilai psikomotorik siswa termasuk ke dalam katagori “sangat baik”. ..... This study aims were to determine the implementation of syntax and student learning outcomes of the application of aplication of learning model Project Based Leaning on the competence of learning processing of Annual Estate Crops. The method used in this study was Classroom Action Research that conducted in 3 cycles. Each cycle consist of planning , execution, observation, and reflection. The object of this research was students of class XI TPHP 2 Department of Agriculture Product Processing SMK Negeri 1 Cikalongkulon. Student learning outcomes were measurd using objective test (pre-test and post-test), attidue observation sheet, skill assessment sheet, learning process observation sheet. From the observation, Project Based Learning (PjBL) model worked well. The result were shown from the increasing of student learning outcomes : (1) the implementation of learning process runs very well, (2) KKM achievement on cognitive aspect that is on cycle I was 76%, cycle II was 87%, cycle III was 90% (3) the average affective score on the spritual indicator, honesty, reponsibility, discipline, confidence, and courtesy experience increased in cycle I, cycle II, and cycle III. (4) the average psychomotor value of students categorized” very good”.
