Abstract

Penelitian ini didasarkan atas adanya keterbatasan akses pendidikan meliputi pengembangan keterampilan yang layak, serta berkembangnya upaya rehabilitasi terhadap keterampilan motorik bagi penyandang disabilitas netra. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan penyelenggaraan program magang, keterampilan kerja yang diperoleh, serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat program magang oleh Panti Sosial Bina Netra Wyata Guna. Metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan obyek yaitu instruktur dan peserta magang, serta dokumen pembelajaran massage, meliputi silabus dan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) anatomi dan fisiologi. Subyek penelitian adalah penyelenggara dan instruktur program magang. Teknik analisis data dilakukan secara kualitatif melalui pengkategorisasian hasil wawancara atau observasi terhadap penyelenggaraan program magang, keterampilan kerja, serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat, juga reviu dokumen pembelajaran terhadap terkait program magang massage yang dikembangkan. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyelenggaraan program magang diawali dengan penyeleksian calon instruktur terkait pengalaman serta peserta terkait latar belakang dan motivasi, kemudian kegiatan disusun berdasarkan hasil diskusi dengan instuktur atas dasar penyesuaian kebutuhan peserta. Dalam pelaksanaannya, pihak penyelenggara mempertimbangkan lulusan, untuk mengontrol berbagai komponen yang terkait. Program magang yang disusun kemudian dinilai terkait pelaksanaannya, untuk dijadikan bahan perbaikan dalam meningkatkan kualitas penyelenggaraan program selanjutnya. Keterampilan keja yang dikembangkan terdiri atas: pengetahuan dan keterampilan massage dengan fokus ilmu anatomi dan fisiologi tubuh manusia; serta motivasi dengan meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi dan percaya diri. Faktor pendukung internal meliputi kualitas penyelenggara dan instruktur, serta motivasi peserta; eksternal meliputi pembinaan instruktur dan peserta, serta ketersediaan fasilitas; dan faktor penghambat internal meliputi beban moral kualitas lulusan, kuantitas instruktur, serta pembinaan motivasi belajar peserta. .... This study designed based on limitedness education access such as an appropriate skill development, so do motoric skills rehabilitation efforts for blindness disability. Furthermore, this study aimed to describe the implementation of volunteer programme, the achievement on skill activity, also the proponent and barrier factors to the programme by Social Residence of Bina Netra Bandung. Descriptive qualitative method design used to instructor and volunteer participant, so do the massage learning documents, such as syllabi and lesson plans of anatomy and physiology as objects for this study. The subjects for this study are executor and instructor. Qualitative technique selected for analysing the interviewed and observed data, then categorized them into the implementation of volunteer programme, skill activities, the proponents and barriers, also review of massage learning documents. The results showed that the implementation of volunteer programme begins with selection both of instructor for its experiences and participant for its background and willingness, then activities were arranged based on participant-needed. On its implementation, the executors had consider about the graduates, for controlling any-related components. The programme that had been arranged being evaluated, as the object which basically will be repaired for increase the programme’s quality. Skill activity that had been developed comprises if: both cognitive and psychomotor for massage that were focused on human’s anatomy and physiology aspects; and motivations for increase communication and confidence skills. Internal proponents are executor and instructor qualities, also participant motivations; external proponents are instructor and participants conform, also facilities accessibility; while internal barriers are graduated qualities responsibility, instructor quantities and participant’s motivations counsel.
