    Abstract

    Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Negeri Kota Bandung kelas XI akuntansi tahun ajaran 2016/2017 mengenai pengaruh kreativitas guru mengajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Akuntansi Keuangan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran kreativitas guru mengajar dan hasil belajar siswa serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh kreativitas guru mengajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas XI dilihat dari sudut pandang siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survey. Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI Akuntansi sebanyak 200 siswa dengan menggunakan teknik sampling yaitu Proportional Stratified Random Sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier sederhana sedangkan pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji F dan uji t dengan bantuan program software IBM SPSS V.23 for windows. Berdasarkan analisis deskriptif kreativitas guru mengajar berada pada kategori sedang dan hasil belajar siswa hampir seluruhnya diatas KKM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kreativitas guru mengajar berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Besarnya pengaruh kreativitas guru mengajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa sebesar 17% sementara sisanya 83% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.---This research was conducted at Vocational High School in Bandung specifically to eleventh grade student’s in academic year 2016/2017. This study analyze about the influence of teachers’ creativity on students’ learning achievment in subjects Financial Accounting. The purpose of this study is to determine the picture of teachers’ creativity and students’ learning achievment and to determine the influence of teacher creativity on students’ learning achievment seen from the point of view of students in eleventh grade. This research is a survey research. The sample of this research is 200 students in eleventh grade accounting major by using Proportional Stratified Random Sampling Technique. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression whereas hypothesis testing is done by using F test and t test with the help of IBM SPSS V.23 for windows software program. Based on the descriptive analysis, teachers' creativity is in the medium category and students’ learning achievment are almost entirely above the KKM or standard minimum for mastery learning. The results showed that the teachers’ creativity have a positive effect on students’ learning outcomes. The amount of influence of teachers’ creativity on students’ learning achievment is 17% while the remaining 83% is influenced by other factors.
