Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar siswa yang tidak sedikit dibawah KKM dan metode pembelajaran yang paling sering dilakukan oleh guru adalah metode ceramah sehingga kurang melatih kemampuan berpikir siswa. Selain itu, terdapat siswa yang kurang memaknai materi fisika tersebut dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif dan hasil belajar ranah kognitif siswa setelah diterapkannya model pembelajaran inkuiri abduksi. Instrumen untuk mengukur keterlaksanaan pembelajaran digunakan lembar observasi terhadap aktivitas guru dan siswa, sedangkan untuk hasil belajar siswa digunakan tes pilihan ganda dan untuk kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa digunakan tes essay. Peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kreatif dan hasil belajar ranah kognitif siswa ditunjukkan melalui gain. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan dengan metode nonrandom sampling methods dengan teknik purposive sampling. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi experiment dengan disain penelitian One-Group Pretest-Posttest Time Series Design . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kreatif dan hasil belajar ranah kognitif siswa setelah diterapkan model pembelajaran abduksi.;--- This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of students who did not slightly below KKM and learning methods are most often carried out by the teacher is lecturing, so less to train students' thinking skills. In addition, there are students who are not interpret the physics of matter in everyday life. The purpose of this research is to improve the ability to think creatively and cognitive learning outcomes of students after the implementation of inquiry abduction learning model. Istruments used to measure learning materialize observation sheet against the activities of teachers and students, while for student learning outcomes used multiple-choice test and for creative thinking abilities of students use essay tests. Increased ability to think creatively and cognitive learning outcomes of students demonstrated through normalized gain. Techniques of data retrieval is done by nonrandom sampling method by using purposive sampling methods. This type of research is quasi-experimental research design with One-group pretest-posttest Time Series Design. The results showed an increased ability to think creatively and cognitive learning outcomes of students after learning abduction inquiry models.
