Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh strategi pembelajaran intertekstual menggunakan inkuiri terbimbing pada materi termokimia untuk meningkatkan penguasaan konsep dan sikap ilmiah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (Research & Development). Penelitian ini menggunakan tiga instrumen yaitu tabel validasi kesesuaian indikator sikap ilmiah dengan Kompetensi Dasar dan kesesuaian karakteristik sikap ilmiah dengan indikator sikap ilmiah, tabel validasi kesesuaian indikator penguasaan konsep dengan Kompetensi Dasar, kesesuaian deskripsi konsep dengan indikator penguasaan konsep dan ketepatan deskripsi konsep dan tabel validasi kesesuaian kegiatan pembelajaran dengan sintaks inkuiri terbimbing dan kesesuaian aspek penguasaan konsep dan sikap ilmiah dengan kegiatan pembelajaran. Konten dalam instrumen tersebut divalidasi oleh dosen jurusan pendidikan kimia dan/atau guru kimia SMA. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, indikator sikap ilmiah yang dikembangkan dalam strategi pembelajaran yaitu menunjukkan rasa ingin tahu, kerja sama, rasional, menerima ambiguitas, terbuka, objektif, ulet, jujur, tidak tergesa-gesa membuat keputusan, dan kritis. Setiap sikap ilmiah dalam indikator memiliki beberapa karakteristik tertentu. Indikator penguasaan konsep yang dikembangkan dalam strategi pembelajaran yaitu membedakan sistem dan lingkungan, membedakan sistem terbuka, tertutup dan terisolasi, menjelaskan pengertian kalor, membedakan reaksi eksoterm dan reaksi endoterm berdasarkan hasil percobaan, dan membedakan reaksi eksoterm dan reaksi endoterm berdasarkan diagram tingkat energi. Setiap konsep yang terdapat dalam indikator dideskripsikan. Rancangan kegiatan pembelajaran yang diperoleh yaitu kegiatan pembelajaran konsep sistem, lingkungan, sistem terbuka, tertutup dan terisolasi, kegiatan pembelajaran konsep kalor dan kegiatan pembelajaran konsep reaksi eksoterm dan reaksi endoterm. Kata Kunci: Strategi Pembelajaran Intertekstual, Inkuiri Terbimbing, Termokimia, Penguasaan Konsep, Sikap Ilmiah This study aims at obtaining an intertextual learning strategy using guided inquiry on thermochemistry subject to enhance concept mastery and scientific attitude. The method used in the study are research and development (R&D). There are three instruments used in the study, namely validation table for the suitability of scientific attitude indicators with basic competence and the suitability of scientific atitude characteristics with scientific attitude indicators, validation table for the suitability of concept mastery indicators with basic competence, the suitability of concept description with concept mastery indicators and the correctness of concept description and validation table for the suitability of learning activities with guided inquiry syntax and the suitability of concept mastery and scientific attitude aspects with learning activities. The contents of those instruments are validated by lecturers of chemistry education faculty and/or senior high school chemistry teachers. Based on the study results, the scientific attitude indicators developed in the learning strategy show curiosity, cooperativeness, rationality, accepting ambiguity, being open minded, objectiveness, diligence, honesty, being patient in making decisions and being critical. Each scientific attitude in the indicators has particular characteristics. The concept mastery indicators developed in the learning strategy are differentiating system and surroundings, differentiating between open, closed and isolated system, explaining the definition of heat, and differentiating exothermic and endothermic reaction based on experiment results and based on energy level diagram. Each concept in the indicators is described. The design of learning activities that is obtained are learning activity of system, surroundings, open system, closed system, and isolated system concept, learning activity of heat concept and learning activity of exothermic and endothermic reactions concept.
