Abstract

Skripsi dengan judul “Efektivitas Penerapan Penilaian Kinerja dengan Model Portofolio pada Mata Pelajaran Perekayasaan Sistem Radio dan Televisi” merupakan penelitian kuantitatif model eksperimen menggunakan desain Pre-Experimental dengan bentuk One Group Pretest-Posttest Design yang dilakukan pada peserta didik kelas XI jurusan Teknik Audio Video (TAV) 3 di SMK Negeri 6 Bandung Tahun Ajaran 2014/2015. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penerapan penilaian kinerja dengan model portofolio dalam membantu meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran agar hasil belajar peserta didik yang ditinjau dari aspek kognitif, afektif dan psikomotor memenuhi Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimum (KKM). Penelitian ini diambil berdasarkan nilai peserta didik pada semester satu untuk aspek kognitif hanya 75% peserta didik yang mendapatkan nilai diatas atau sama dengan nilai KKM, dalam upaya mengatasi permasalahan tersebut peneliti ingin menerapkan penilaian kinerja dengan model portofolio, diharapakan bisa membantu meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran sehingga berdampak positif terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan memberikan tes awal (pretest) kepada satu kelompok yang disebut sebagai kelas eksperimen. Kemudian diberi perlakuan (treatment) dengan menerapkan Penilaian Kinerja dengan Model Portofolio, selanjutnya diberikan tes akhir (posttest). Hasil penelitian ditinjau dari aspek kognitif, peserta didik memperoleh nilai rata-rata pretest sebesar 48,33 (Kategori D+) dan nilai rata-rata posttest sebesar 79,39 (Kategori B+). Sedangkan nilai rata-rata terhadap penilaian hasil belajar afektif, peserta didik memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 84,21 (kategori Sangat Baik). Dan untuk nilai rata-rata terhadap penilaian hasil belajar psikomotor peserta didik memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 84,74 (kategori A-). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan penilaian kinerja dengan model portofolio dapat membantu meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dalam mata pelajaran Perekayasaan Sistem Radio dan Televisi pada materi pemodulasian sinyal gambar analog, serta format dan sistem penyiaran satelit televisi digital. Ditinjau dari aspek kognitif, afektif dan psikomotor menunjukkan bahwa lebih dari 85% peserta didik memperoleh hasil belajar diatas atau sama dengan nilai KKM, yaitu 66. ---------- This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the application Performance assessment with portfolio models to help improve learning quality in order to get the results of students in terms of cognitive, affective and psychomotor meet the minimum completeness criteria (KKM). This research was taken based on the value of students in the first semester for the cognitive aspects only 75% of students that scored above or equal to the value of KKM. in an effort to overcome these problem, researchers want to applied the performance assessment portfolio model expected to help improve learning quality, so this research could give the positive impact for the learning outcomes of students. Data was collected by giving the initial test (pretest) to a group known as the experimental class. Then treated (treatment) by applying the Performance Assessment Portfolio model, then given a final test (posttest). The results of this research in terms of cognitive, students acquire the average pretest score 48.33 (Category D +) and the average value 79.39 of posttest (Category B +). While the average value of the affective learning outcomes assessment, students acquire the average value 84.21 (category Very Good). And for the average value of the psychomotor assessment of learning outcomes students got the average value 84.74 (category A-). Based on the results of this research, that the implementation of the Performance Assessment Portfolio Model can help to improve learning quality in the subjects of Radio and Television Systems Engineering in the analog picture signal modulation matter, as well as the format and digital television satellite broadcasting system. In terms of cognitive, affective and psychomotor showed that more than 85% of learners acquire the learning outcomes above or equal to the value of KKM, namely 66.
