Abstract

Dalam proses belajar mengajar ada beberapa faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar, diantaranya yaitu media yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran kurang memadai, sarana dan prasarana pembelajaran yang kurang mendukung, motivasi belajar siswa yang masih kurang, minat belajar siswa yang rendah, bekal keterampilan dan pengetahuan siswa tentang bahasa Jepang yang masih rendah. Dengan menggunakan media authentic material ini peneliti ingin mengetahui kemampuan meishi siswa baik kelas eksperimen maupun kelas kontrol. Hasil dari penelitian ini terdapat perbedaan yang sangat signifikan dengan hasil skor rata-rata kelas eksperimen dan hasil skor kelas kontrol. Berdasarkan hasil angket media authentic material dapat meningkatkan penguasaan meishi bahasa Jepang, meningkatkan motivasi dalam belajar meishi bahasa Jepang, membantu meningkatkan imajinasi siswa dan tidak monoton, lebih menyenangkan dan membuat lebih berkonsentrasi dalam mengingat meishi bahasa Jepang, dan dapat mempengaruhi psikologis siswa kearah yang lebih baik.---------- In teaching and learning process, there are several factors influencing learning outcomes. For example, the media used in teaching are inadequate, the facilities and infrastructures are less supporting, and the students’ motivation, learning interest, knowledge, and basic skill in Japanese language are still low. Out of the factors mentioned, the researcher would like to know the students’ Meishi skill and their mastery of Meishi in both experimental and control class. The result of the research is that there is a very significant difference of the experimental class and the control class. Besides, the questionnaire shows that the authentic – material media are able to increase the students’ mastery and motivation in learning Meishi, make the students easier memorize and improve Meishi treasury, help the students increase their imagination, create more enjoyable learning atmosphere, make the learning process more effective and efficient, arouse the students’ interest in learning Meishi, boost the students’ concentration and focus in memorizing Meishi, and influence the students’ psychology.
