    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengetahui persepsi guru SIT YKPI Al-Ittihad tentang implementasi pada standar Kurikulum Merdeka dan aspek peningkatan kompetensi guru. Rumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah bagaimana persepsi guru SIT YKPI Al-Ittihad tentang implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka pada aspek peningkatan kompetensi guru, ditinjau dari standar kompetensi lulusan, standar isi, standar proses, dan standar penilaian. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru di SIT YKPI Al-Ittihad yang berjumlah 136 guru, dengan sampel dari 106 guru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan survei. Uji instrumen menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, analisis data dilakukan dengan uji statistik deskriptif, dan Fisher's Exact Test untuk melihat signifikansi hubungan karakteristik guru dengan aspek kurikulum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru-guru di SIT YKPI Al-Ittihad memiliki persepsi yang relatif positif terhadap implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka pada aspek peningkatan kompetensi guru. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat pendidikan guru, satuan pendidikan guru, dan status guru yang telah menjadi Guru Penggerak dengan pemanfaatan dan pemahaman regulasi, kesesuaian keterampilan, dan keyakinan akan manfaat PMM. This study aims to explore teachers' perceptions of Merdeka Curriculum implementation at YKPI Al-Ittihad Integrated Islamic School, focusing on curriculum standards and teacher competency development. The research question examines how teachers perceive the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum concerning teacher competency development, specifically in terms of graduate competency standards, content standards, process standards, and assessment standards. The study population comprised all 136 teachers at YKPI Al-Ittihad Integrated Islamic School, with a sample of 106 teachers. A descriptive quantitative research method using surveys was employed. Instrument testing included validity and reliability tests, data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistical tests, and Fisher's Exact Test was used to determine the significance of the relationship between teacher characteristics and curriculum aspects. The results indicate that teachers at YKPI Al-Ittihad Integrated Islamic School have relatively positive perceptions of Merdeka Curriculum implementation regarding teacher competency development. A significant relationship exists between teachers' education levels, school levels, and Guru Penggerak status with the utilization and understanding of regulations, skill suitability, and belief in the benefits of the Merdeka Mengajar Platform.
