    PENGARUH KETERAMPILAN MENGAJAR GURU DAN MINAT BELAJAR TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR SISWA

    Permasalahan yang menjadi kajian dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya Hasil belajar siswa pada Mata Pelajaran Kearsipan sebagai mata pelajaran produktif yang diduga disebabkan oleh Keterampilan Mengajar Guru dan Minat Belajar. Penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga variabel yaitu Keterampilan Mengajar Guru (X1), Minat Belajar (X2) dan Hasil Belajar Siswa (Y).
    Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran keterampilan mengajar guru, minat belajar dan hasil belajar siswa. Selain itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh keterampilan mengajar guru dan minat belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode explanatory survey. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan model skala likert. Populasi sebanyak 72 siswa Kelas X OTKP di SMK Bina Warga Bandung. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis regresi ganda.
    Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, diperoleh keterampilan mengajar berada pada kategori rendah, minat belajar berada pada kategori rendah dan prestasi belajar berada kategori sedang. Dari hasil uji hipotesis menunjukan bahwa keterampilan mengajar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Kemudian, minat belajar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa keterampilan mengajar dan minat belajar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X OTKP di SMK Bina Warga Bandung.

    THE INFLUENCE OF TEACHING SKILLS OF TEACHER AND INTEREST
    IN LEARNING ON STUDENTS LEARNING OUTCOMES

    The problem that became a study in this study was the lack of optimal student learning outcomes in Archival Subjects as productive subjects allegedly caused by Teacher Teaching Skills and Learning Interests. This study consists of three variables, namely Teacher Teaching Skills (X1), Learning Interests (X2) and Student Learning Outcomes (Y).
    The purpose of this study is to find out the picture of teacher teaching skills, learning interests and student learning outcomes. In addition, the purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of teacher teaching skills and learning interest on student learning outcomes. The method used is the explanatory survey method. Data collection technique using questionnaire with Likert scale model. The population is 72 Class X OTKP students at SMK Bina warga Bandung. The analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis.
    Based on the results of data analysis, teaching skills were obtained in the low category, interest in learning was in the low category and learning achievement was in the medium category. From the results of the hypothesis test, it shows that teaching skills have a significant effect on student learning outcomes. Then, interest in learning has a significant effect on student learning outcomes. Thus, it can be concluded that teaching skills and interest in learning have a significant effect on the learning outcomes of grade X OTKP students at SMK Bina warga Bandung.
