Abstract
Keterampilan vokasional pada anak dengan hambatan motorik (ADHM) dipelajari sebagai upaya mempersiapkan siswa memiliki bekal kemandirian, tetapi dalam implementasi pelaksanaan program keterampilan vokasional terdapat hambatan yang dialami oleh guru dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk memperoleh gambaran kondisi faktual implementasi program keterampilan vokasional teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) ADHM jenjang SMALB di SLB D YPAC Bandung dan merumuskan pengembangan program keterampilan vokasional TIK ADHM jenjang SMALB. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Partisipan penelitian ini berjumlah tiga orang yaitu guru keterampilan vokasional, wakasek kurikulum dan guru kelas XI yang memiliki latar belakang pendidikan khusus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam perencanaan program guru tidak melakukan asesmen minat dan bakat sehingga didalam pelaksanaan program materi pembelajaran hanya mengacu pada kurikulum, belum ada kesesuaian antara kemampuan dan tuntutan lapangan pekerjaan. Evaluasi pembelajaran dilakukan hanya melalui tugas. Penelitian ini merumuskan pengembangan program KETIK ADHM yang terdiri dari perencanaan pembelajaran yaitu prosedur asesmen motorik, asesmen minat dan bakat, contoh format profil peserta didik, contoh format program pembelajaran individual, pelaksanaan pembelajaran yaitu kegiatan awal, kegiatan inti, kegiatan akhir, prosedur pelaksanaan pengembangan materi pembelajaran TIK dan evaluasi pembelajaran yaitu prosedur kemitraan dengan dunia usaha dan dunia industri (DUDI), prosedur evaluasi pembelajaran TIK. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah terdapat kendala yang dialami oleh guru dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi pembelajaran sehingga implementasi program keterampilan vokasional bagi ADHM masih belum optimal. Rumusan pengembangan program KETIK ADHM menjadi panduan untuk guru dalam melaksanakan keterampilan TIK ADHM jenjang SMALB. Vocational skills in children with physical disability are studied as an effort to prepare students to have independence, but in implementing the vocational skills program there are obstacles experienced by teachers in planning, implementing, and evaluating. The purpose of this study is to obtain an overview of the factual conditions of the implementation vocational skills program of physical disability at the senior high school SLB D YPAC Bandung and to formulate the development of the ICT vocational skills program at the high school level. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. There were three participants in this study, thre are vocational skills teachers, curriculum teacher and classroom teacher grade XI who have special educational backgrounds. The results showed that in the planning of the program the teacher did not assess the interests and talents so that in the implementation of the learning material program only referred to the curriculum, there was no match between abilities and the demands of job requirements. Learning evaluation is carried out only through assignments. This study formulates the development of the KETIK ADHM program which consists of learning planning, that are motoric assessment, interest and talent assessment procedures, examples of student profile formats, examples of individual educational program formats, implementation of learning that are first activities, core activities, final activities, implementation procedures for developing ICT learning materials and learning evaluation, that are the partnership procedure with the business world and the industrial world (DUDI), the evaluation procedure for ICT learning. The conclusion of this study is that there are obstacles experienced by teachers in planning, implementing and evaluating learning so that the implementation of vocational skills programs for children with physical disability is still not optimal. The formulation of the development KETIK ADHM program becomes a guide for teachers in implementing ICT skills for physical disability at the senior high school.
