Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji mengenai manajemen kurikulum khas Daarut Tauhiid dalam meningkatkan mutu lulusan di SMA Daarut Tauhiid Boarding School Putra. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui gambaran yang jelas mengenai manajemen kurikulum Khas Daarut Tauhiid dalam meningkatkan mutu lulusan di SMA Daarut Tauhiid Boarding School Putra. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara, studi dokumentasi, dan observasi dengan kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum, guru, dan siswa sebagai informan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa pendekatan yang terstruktur dan komprehensif dalam perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi kurikulum telah memberikan dampak positif bagi mutu lulusan SMA Daarut Tauhiid Boarding School Putra. Dampak positif ini terlihat dari peningkatan kualitas aqidah, ibadah, akhlak, hafalan Al-Qur'an, dan prestasi akademik. Dengan demikian, manajemen kurikulum Khas Daarut Tauhiid telah berhasil mencapai tujuannya dalam membentuk karakter dan prestasi akademik siswa secara holistik. This study examines about Daarut Tauhiid's distinctive curriculum management in improving the quality of graduates at Daarut Tauhiid Boarding School Putra High School. The aim is to find out a clear picture of the management of the Daarut Tauhiid Specialised curriculum in improving the quality of graduates at Daarut Tauhiid Boarding School Putra High School. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach through interviews, documentation studies, and observations with the principal, vice principal for curriculum, teachers, and students as informants. The results of this study are that a structured and comprehensive approach in planning, organising, implementing, and evaluating the curriculum has had a positive impact on the quality of graduates of SMA Daarut Tauhiid Boarding School Putra. This positive impact can be seen from the improvement of the quality of aqidah, worship, morals, memorisation of the Qur'an, and academic achievement. Thus, Daarut Tauhiid's specialised curriculum management has successfully achieved its goals in shaping students' character and academic achievement holistically.
