Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pemberitaan meningkatnya kasus perundungan yang terjadi di sekolah pada tahun 2023 khususnya pada jenjang sekolah menengah atas (SMP) dan (SMA). Terdapat pula asumsi bahwa novel Thank You Salma karya Erisca Febriani memiliki strukur, nilai-nilai, dan cerita yang berisi realitas sosial yang dapat dijadikan bahan apresiasi sastra oleh siswa, serta dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai alternatif bahan ajar bahasa Indonesia khususnya materi teks novel di SMA. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif analisis. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa teknik studi pustaka. Instrumen penelitian adalah peneliti sendiri dibantu dengan pedoman analisis teks. Analisis struktur dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teori Robert Stanton, analisis nilai moral teori Nurgiyantoro dan analisis novel dengan pendekatan sosiologi sastra. Objek penelitian ini adalah novel Thank You Salma karya Erisca Febriani. Temuan penelitian ini adalah struktur dalam novel Thank You Salma berupa fakta�fakta cerita yang terdiri atas alur, karakter, dan latar; tema; dan sarana-sarana sastra yang terdiri atas judul, sudut pandang, gaya dan tone, simbolisme, dan ironi. Hasil analisis karya sastra menggunakan pendekatan sosiologi sastra, novel Thank You Salma sangat dipengaruhi oleh konteks sosial pengarangnya serta cerminan sosial masyarakat yang terdapat dalam novel meliputi sisem bahasa, sistem peralatan hidup dan teknologi, sistem mata pencaharian, sistem pengetahuan, sistem religi, dan kesenian. Adapun hasil analisis nilai moral diperoleh 15 nilai moral dari tiga wujud hubungan manusia, yaitu (1) hubungan manusia dengan dirinya sendiri, berupa kerja keras, pantang menyerah, teguh pendirian, percaya diri, optimis, sabar, rasa menyesal, (2) hubungan manusia dengan manusia lain dan lingkungan, berupa kasih sayang, tolong menolong, berterima kasih, peduli, jujur, dan (3) hubungan manusia dengan Tuhannya berupa sikap berserah diri kepada Tuhan, berdoa kepada Tuhan, dan bersyukur kepada Tuhan. Hasil analisis dimanfaatkan sebagai rancangan modul ajar kelas XII di SMA dengan capaian pembelajaran peserta didik mampu memahami isi novel seperti struktur, ciri kebahasaan, dan nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam novel khususnya nilai moral. ; This research was motivated by news of increasing cases of bullying occurring in schools in 2023, especially at the high school (SMP) and (SMA) levels. There is also an assumption that the novel Thank You Salma by Erisca Febriani has a structure, values, and a story containing social realities that can be used as material for literary appreciation by students, and can be used as an alternative Indonesian language teaching material, especially novel text material in high school. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive analysis approach. The data collection technique used is a library study technique. The research instrument is the researcher himself, assisted by text analysis guidelines. The structural analysis in this research uses Robert Stanton's theory, Nurgiyantoro's moral value analysis and novel analysis using a literary sociology approach. The object of this research is the novel Thank You Salma by Erisca Febriani. The findings of this research are the structure in the novel Thank You Salma in the form of story facts consisting of plot, characters and setting; theme; and literary devices consisting of title, point of view, style and tone, symbolism and irony. The results of the analysis of literary works using a literary sociology approach, the novel Thank You Salma is greatly influenced by the author's social context as well as the social reflection of society contained in the novel including language systems, living equipment and technology systems, livelihood systems, knowledge systems, religious systems and art. The results of the analysis of moral values obtained 15 moral values from three forms of human relationships, namely (1) human relationships with themselves, in the form of hard work, never giving up, steadfast, self-confidence, optimism, patience, regret, (2) human relationships with other humans and the environment, in the form of affection, mutual help, gratitude, care, honesty, and (3) the relationship between humans and God in the form of an attitude of surrender to God, praying to God, and giving thanks to God. The results of the analysis are used as a design for teaching modules for class.
