Abstract

Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah belum maksimalnya capaian hasil belajar siswa Kelas XI OTKP pada Mata Pelajaran OTK Kepegawaian di SMK Pasundan 1 Kota Bandung. Belum maksimalnya capaian hasil belajar ini diukur dari nilai KKM. Adapun solusi dari permasalahan ini yakni dengan meningkatkan keterampilan mengajar guru atau faktor eksternal. Sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat keterampilan mengajar guru dan hasil belajar siswa, serta untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh keterampilan mengajar guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa.
Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey eksplanatori (explanatory survey) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui pengumpulan data penyebaran kuesioner/angket dengan model Skala Likert. Data tersebut diperoleh dari responden dengan sampel sebanyak 106 orang siswa kelas XI OTKP di SMK Pasundan 1 Kota Bandung.
Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa tingkat keterampilan mengajar guru berada pada kategori tinggi atau terampil. Sedangkan tingkat hasil belajar siswa berada pada kategori tinggi. Selanjutnya untuk hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan mengajar guru memberikan pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas XI OTKP pada Mata Pelajaran OTK Kepegawaian di SMK Pasundan 1 Kota Bandung.
The Problem discussed in this research paper is that the learning outcomes for class XI OTKP students in the subjects OTK Kepegawaian at SMK Pasundan 1 Kota Bandung have not been maximized. The achievement of learning outcomes has been maximized as measured by the KKM score. The solution to this problem is to improve teacher’s teaching skills or external factors. So this study aims to describe the level of teacher’s teaching skills and student learning outcomes, as well as to determine whether there is an influence of teacher’s teaching skills on student learning outcomes.
The method in this research paper used an explanatory survey method with a quantitative approach by collecting data on the distribution of questionnaires using the Likert Scale model. The data was obtained form respondents with a sample of 106 students of clas XI OTKP at SMK Pasundan 1 Kota Bandung.
Based on the results of the analysis of the data obtained, it shows that the level of the teacher’s teaching skills is in the high or skilled category. While the level of student learning outcomes is in the high category. Furthermore, the results of the hyphothesis test shows that the teacher’s teaching skills have a positive and significant influence on the learning outcomes of class II OTKP students in the subject OTK Kepegawaian at SMK Pasundan 1 Kota Bandung.
