    Abstract

Kinerja mengajar guru merupakan perilaku guru yang berbasis hasil. Artinya perilaku pekerjaan sehari-hari guru yang berkaitan dengan proses pembelajaran akan dilihat pada hasil yang diraih setelah melaksanakan pekerjaannya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh kepemimpinan instruksional kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja mengajar guru, (2) pengaruh professional learning community terhadap kinerja mengajar guru, (3) pengaruh kepemimpinan instruksional kepala sekolah terhadap professional learning community dan (4) pengaruh tidak langsung kepemimpinan instruksional kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja mengajar guru melalui professional learning community. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD Muhammadiyah Se DKI Jakarta dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 74 orang guru Ismuba dengan mengampu pelajaran Agama Islam, Kemuhammadiyahan dan Bahasa Arab. Metode yang digunakan adalah Mix Method Sequential Explanatory dengan menyajikan hasil analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Instrumen penelitian telah dilakukan uji coba melalui uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kepemimpinan instruksional kepala sekolah memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja mengajar guru, (2) Profesional learning community (PLC) memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja mengajar guru, (3) Kepemimpinan instruksional kepala sekolah memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap profesional learning community (PLC), dan (4) Kepemimpinan instruksional kepala sekolah memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung terhadap kinerja mengajar guru melalui profesional learning community (PLC). Penelitian ini menghasilkan model dinamakan “Kado” yang sekaligus novelty pada penelitian ini. Penelitian ini memberikan informasi kepada para pengambil kebijakan bahwa kinerja mengajar guru dapat ditingkatkan dengan cara pengembangan kepemimpinan instruksional kepala sekolah dan profesional learning community, sehingga tujuan pendidikan yang dicita-citakan dapat diwujudkan.

    Professional Learning Community on Teacher Teaching Performance in Muhammadiyah
    Elementary Schools in DKI Jakarta. Teacher teaching performance is a result-based
    teacher behavior. Teacher teaching performance is also a teacher's work performance in
    carrying out his duties and responsibilities to his profession in providing guidance on
    knowledge and skills as well as the formation of good morals to prepare students as the
    nation's next generation.The purpose of this study was to determine (1) the effect of
    principal's instructional leadership on teacher teaching performance, (2) the influence of
    the professional learning community on teacher teaching performance, (3) the influence
    of principal's instructional leadership on the professional learning community and (4)
    indirect influence of leadership principal's instructional on the teaching performance of
    teachers through the professional learning community.This research was conducted at
    SD Muhammadiyah Se DKI Jakarta with a total sample of 74 Ismuba teachers teaching
    Islam, Muhammadiyah and Arabic. The method used is the Mix Method Sequential
    Explanatory by presenting the results of quantitative and qualitative analysis. The
    research instrument has been tested through validity and reliability tests. The results
    showed that (1) the principal's instructional leadership has a direct influence on the
    teacher's teaching performance, (2) the professional learning community (PLC) has a
    direct influence on the teacher's teaching performance, (3) the principal's instructional
    leadership has a direct influence on the professional learning community. (PLC), and (4)
    the principal's instructional leadership has an indirect influence on the teaching
    performance of teachers through the professional learning community (PLC). This
    research resulted in a model called "Kado" which is also novelty in this study. This study
    provides information to policy makers that teachers' teaching performance can be
    improved by developing the instructional leadership of school principals and professional
    learning communities, so that the desired educational goals can be realized
