Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan pengoptimalan materi ASEAN di kelas VI Sekolah Dasar pada pembelajaran IPS melalui media buku digital, penggunaan media buku digital digunakan karena kurangnya penggunaan media pembelajaran saat kegiatan belajar mengajar, lalu penggunaan media dapat memberikan minat dan motivasi belajar pada peserta didik dengan tampilan yang menarik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengembangkan media buku digital Negara-Negara ASEAN, serta mengetahui hasil dari kelayakan media melalui para ahli, pengguna guru dan peserta didik kelas VI SD. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode D&D dengan prosedur penelitian ADDIE. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, terdapat penilaian validasi dari berbagai ahli, diantaranya ahli materi IPS, ahli media, dan ahli bahasa. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian ahli materi, ahli media, dan ahli bahasa, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Media Buku Digital Negara-Negara ASEAN terdapat pada interpretasi “Sangat Layak” berdasarkan indikator yang terdapat pada validasi ahli materi, ahli media, dan ahli bahasa yaitu kesesuaian materi, keakuratan materi, kejelasan materi, pendukung penyajian, penyajian pembelajaran, ukuran buku digital, desain sampul, desain isi, keterbacaan, kebergunaan, kelugasan, komunikatif, kesesuaian bahasa, dan penggunaan istilah untuk digunakan sebagai media dalam pembelajaran IPS kelas VI SD. Sedangkan hasil penelitian pengguna guru dan peserta didik mendapat interpretasi “Sangat Layak” berdasarkan indikator pada pengguna diantaranya kesesuaian materi, kejelasan materi, kebergunaan materi, desain, keterbacaan, kesesuaian bahasa, kebergunaan, kemudahan penggunaan, materi, media, dan bahasa. Dapat disimpulkan media buku digital ini sangat layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran IPS khususnya pada materi Negara-Negara ASEAN di kelas VI SD. ----- This research is motivated by optimizing ASEAN material in class VI elementary schools in social studies learning through digital book media, the use of digital book media is used due to the lack of use of learning media during teaching and learning activities, then the use of media can provide interest and motivation for learning to students with an attractive appearance. The purpose of this study is to develop digital book media of ASEAN Countries, as well as to find out the results of media feasibility through experts, teacher users and students of grade VI elementary school. The method used in this study is the D&D method with the ADDIE research procedure. Based on the results of the study, there was a validation assessment from various experts, including social studies material experts, media experts, and linguists. Based on the results of the assessment of material experts, media experts, and linguists, it can be concluded that the Digital Book Media of ASEAN Countries is contained in the interpretation of "Very Feasible" based on the indicators contained in the validation of material experts, media experts, and linguists, namely material suitability, material accuracy, material clarity, presentation support, presentation of learning, digital book size, cover design, content design, readability, usefulness, straightforwardness, communicativeness, language suitability, and the use of terms to be used as a medium in social studies learning grade VI elementary schools. Meanwhile, the research results of teachers and students received a "Very Feasible" interpretation based on indicators on users including material suitability, material clarity, material usefulness, design, readability, language suitability, usability, ease of use, material, media, and language. It can be concluded that this digital book media is very suitable for use in social studies learning, especially in the material of ASEAN Countries in grade VI elementary school.
