Abstract

ABSTRAK Hasil temuan lapangan dan studi pendahuluan, secara capaian rapor mutu sekolah pada jenjang Sekolah Dasar khususnya pada standar PTK (Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan) DI Kabupaten Purwakarta belum mencapai hasil yang diharapkan. Standar lainya pun ternyata masih jauh dari harapan Standar Nasional Pendidikan. Apalagi di masa pandemi saat ini, layanan pembelajaran terasa kurang maksimal karena proses interaksi mengajar antara guru dengan murid dibebankan kepada aplikasi tatap muka. Tujuan secara umum dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kompetensi manajerial dan kompetensi supervisi kepala sekolah terhadap mutu layanan pembelajaran SD Negeri di Kabupaten Purwakarta. Sesuai dengan hipotesis yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian dengan memfokuskan pada analisis pengaruh Kompetensi Manajerial dan Kompetensi Supervisi Kepala Sekolah terhadap Mutu Layanan Pembelajaran, maka pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Lebih lanjut, hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah merupakan salah satu faktor utama dalam penerapan manajemen sekolah yang efektif dalam hal teknologi, budaya sekolah, sistem informasi, dan organisasi. Temuan lainnya menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah dari sekolah yang dipilih mengadopsi langkah-langkah peningkatan kualitas, mendorong kerja tim dengan staf dan siswa, berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan akademik yang mempengaruhi prestasi akademik di sekolah. Berdasarkan kesimpulan hasil penelitian maka peneliti memberikan rekomendasi sebagai beriku: Lebih mampu meningkatkan kompetensinya khususnya dalam bidang manajerial dan supervisi, sehingga mutu layanan pembelajaran dapat terkelola dengan baik. Kata kunci: Kompetensi manajerial, kompetensi supervise, mutu layanan pembelajaran. ABSTRACT The results of field findings and preliminary studies, in terms of the achievement of school quality report cards at the elementary school level, especially on the standard of CAR (Educators and Education Personnel) in Purwakarta Regency have not achieved the expected results. Other standards are still far from the expectations of the National Education Standards. Especially during the current pandemic, learning services feel less than optimal because the process of teaching interaction between teachers and students is charged to face-to-face applications. The general purpose of this research is to find out how much influence the managerial competence and supervisory competence of the principal on the quality of learning services in SD Negeri in Purwakarta Regency. In accordance with the hypothesis developed in the study by focusing on the analysis of the influence of Managerial Competence and Principal Supervision Competence on the Quality of Learning Services, the approach used in this study is a quantitative approach with descriptive methods. Furthermore, the results of the study prove that the principal's leadership is one of the main factors in implementing effective school management in terms of technology, school culture, information systems, and organization. Other findings show that principals of selected schools adopt quality improvement measures, encourage teamwork with staff and students, participate in academic activities that affect academic achievement in schools. Based on the conclusions of the research, the researchers provide the following recommendations: Better able to improve their competence, especially in the field of managerial and supervision, so that the quality of learning services can be managed properly.
