Abstract

Penelitian ini di latar belakangi oleh terjadinya masalah pendidikan berupa kasus putus sekolah pada siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) di Jawa Tengah yang kemudian sedang diatasi dengan melalui program pendidikan yang bernama Program Kelas Virtual. Saat ini terdapat dua sekolah penyelenggara program ini, salah satunya yaitu di SMA Negeri 3 Brebes. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan, (1) perencanaan pembelajaran yang akan digunakan pada program kelas virtual; (2) pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran pada program kelas virtual; (3) sistem penilaian yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran pada program kelas virtual; (4) kendala dan pendukung yang ada dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran pada program kelas virtual di SMA Negeri 3 Brebes. Skripsi dengan judul “Implementasi Program Kelas Virtual di SMA Negeri 3 Brebes” merupakan penelitian yang menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Penelitian dilakukan dengan melalui wawancara terhadap 3 orang informan sebagai informan yang terlibat dalam pelaksanaan program kelas virtual, diantaranya yaitu Kepala Sekolah, Guru yang mengajar pada program kelas virtual, dan siswa yang mengikuti program kelas virtual. Untuk memperdalam data dilakukan juga observasi pada proses pembelajaran dan analisis dokumen yang relevan dengan pelaksanaan pembelajaran pada program kelas virtual. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa pada progam kelas virtual, seluruh kegiatan belajar dan mengajar dilakukan secara daring. Guru melakukan perencanaan pembelajaran yang meliputi kegiatan menentukan kebutuhan serta tujuan pembelajaran, pemilihan media dan sumber belajar, serta menentukan model, metode dan pendekatan pembelajaran yang akan digunakan. Pada pelaksanaan pembelajaran guru melakukan sesuai dengan yang ada pada rencana pelaksanaan program yang sebelumnya dibuat pada tahap perencanaan pembelajaran. Sistem penilaian yang ada pada program kelas virtual adalah mengacu pada standar penilaian kurikulum 2013. Berjalannya proses pembelajaran pada program kelas virtual terdapat kendala, namun kendala tersebut masih dapat diatasi dengan berbagai cara. Terlepas dari kendala, terdapat juga faktor pendukung yang menunjang keberhasilan pembelajaran pada program kelas virtual. Kata Kunci : Program Kelas Virtual, Pembelajaran Daring, Kendala dan Pendukung Pembelajaran ABSTRACT IMPLEMENTATION OF THE VIRTUAL CLASS PROGRAM AT SMA NEGERI 3 BREBES By : KHOERUL ANWAR SANDI 1705413 This research is motivated by the occurrence of educational problems in the form of dropout cases in high school students (SMA) in Central Java which is then being addressed through an educational program called the Virtual Class Program. Currently, there are two schools implementing this program, one of which is SMA Negeri 3 Brebes. This study aims to describe, (1) lesson plans that will be used in virtual classroom programs; (2) the implementation of the learning process in the virtual classroom program; (3) the assessment system used in learning in the virtual classroom program; (4) the obstacles and supports that exist in the implementation of learning in the virtual class program at SMA Negeri 3 Brebes. Thesis with the title "Implementation of the Virtual Class Program at SMA Negeri 3 Brebes" is a research that uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The research was conducted through interviews with 3 resource persons as informants who were involved in the implementation of the virtual class program, including the principal, teachers who taught in virtual class programs, and students who participated in virtual class programs. To deepen the data, observations were also made on the learning process and analysis of documents relevant to the implementation of learning in the virtual classroom program. The results of the study reveal that in the virtual classroom program, all learning and teaching activities are carried out online. The teacher carries out learning planning which includes activities to determine learning needs and objectives, selecting media and learning resources, as well as determining the learning models, methods and approaches to be used. In the implementation of learning the teacher does in accordance with what is in the program implementation plan that was previously made at the learning planning stage. The assessment system in the virtual classroom program is based on the 2013 curriculum assessment standards. In the course of the learning process in the virtual classroom program there are obstacles, but these obstacles can still be overcome in various ways. Apart from the obstacles, there are also supporting factors that support the success of learning in the virtual classroom program.
