Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya masalah dari rendahnya hasil belajar yang diproleh siswa SMA Negeri Kabupaten Cirebon wilayah D. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai Ujian Akhir Semester (UAS) yang menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar nilai yang diperoleh siswa berada di bawah Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimum (KKM). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi mengenai pengaruh dari variabel self efficacy terhadap variabel hasil belajar dengan variabel perhatian orang tua sebagai variabel yang memoderasi. Analisis ini menggunakan self efficacy sebagai variabel independen, perhatian orang tua sebagai variabel moderator dan hasil belajar sebagai variabel dependen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode survei eksplanatori. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Simple Random Sampling dengan subjek penelitian yaitu, siswa kelas XI IIS SMA Negeri Kabupaten Cirebon wilayah D sebanyak 207 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dengan memberikan 37 item pernyataan kepada setiap siswa. Metode statistik menggunakan regresi linear sederhana dan berganda dengan Moderat Regression Analysis (MRA) serta melalui pengujian hipotesis uji t menggunakan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat self efficacy berada pada kategori tinggi, perhatian orang tua berada pada kategori sedang, sementara tingkat hasil belajar siswa masih berada dibawah KKM. self efficacy berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar. Perhatian orang tua berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar. Sementara, perhatian orang tua tidak memoderasi pengaruh self efficacy terhadap hasil belajar. Artinya variabel perhatian orang tua bukan merupakan variabel moderator melainkan variabel predictor atau independen. Kata Kunci : Self Efficacy, Perhatian Orang Tua, Hasil Belajar ABSTRACK This research is motivated by the problem of the low learning outcomes achieved by students of Cirebon District High School region D. This can be seen from the value of the Final Examination Semester (UAS) which shows that most of the grades obtained by students are under the Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM). This study aims to obtain information about the effect of the self efficacy variable on the learning outcome variable with the parent's attention variable as a moderating variable. This analysis uses self efficacy as an independent variable, parents' attention as a moderator variable and learning outcomes as the dependent variable. the research method used is explanatory survey method. The sampling technique in this study used Simple Random Sampling with research subjects namely, class XI IIS students of SMA Negeri Cirebon Regency D region as many as 207 respondents. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire by giving 37 items of statements to each student. The statistical method uses simple and multiple linear regression with Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA) and through t-test hypothesis testing using the help of the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that the level of self-efficacy is in the high category, parents' attention is in the medium category, while the level of student learning outcomes is still below the KKM. Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes. Parents' attention has a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes. Meanwhile, parental attention does not moderate the effect of self-efficacy on learning outcomes. This means that the variable parental attention is not a moderator variable but a predictor or independent variable. Keywords: Self Efficacy, Parents Attention, Learning Outcomes
