Abstract
Pelatihan di bidang kesehatan diselenggarakan bukan hanya di lembaga pelatihan saja, tetapi juga dilakukan di unit pelatihan milik pemerintah dan/atau masyarakat yang menyelenggarakan pelatihan. Para pendidik dituntut untuk memiliki keterampilan dasar mengajar agar dapat menjalankan tugasnya secara optimal. Keterampilan mengajar dapat ditempuh melalui pelatihan yang didalamnya terdapat keterlibatan sebagai bentuk dari pelaksanaan dan respons sebagai bentuk dari evaluasi pelatihan. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran keterlibatan dan respons peserta dalam proses pembelajaran serta keterampilan dasar mengajar alumni peserta pelatihan TPPK serta untuk menganalisis hubungan keterlibatan dan respons peserta dalam proses pembelajaran dengan penguasaan keterampilan dasar mengajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan angket kepada 109 alumni peserta pelatihan TPPK di BBPK Ciloto tahun 2019. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Variabel respons peserta dalam proses pembelajaran berada pada kategori sangat tinggi, keterlibatan peserta dalam proses pembelajaran berada pada kategori sangat tinggi dan keterampilan dasar mengajar berada pada kategori tinggi; (2) Variabel respons peserta tidak memiliki hubungan dengan penguasaan keterampilan dasar mengajar; (3) Variabel keterlibatan peserta tidak memiliki hubungan dengan penguasaan keterampilan dasar mengajar; (4) Variabel keterlibatan dan respons peserta tidak memiliki hubungan dengan penguasaan keterampilan dasar mengajar. Training in the health sector is held not only in training institutions, but also in training units owned by the government and / or the community that organizes the training. Educators are required to have basic teaching skills in order to carry out their duties optimally. Teaching skills can be pursued through training in which there is participation as a form of implementation and response as a form of training evaluation. This study aims to describe the involvement and response of participants in the learning process as well as the basic teaching skills of TPPK training alumni and to analyze the relationship between participant involvement and response in the learning process and the mastery of basic teaching skills. This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 109 alumni of TPPK training participants at BBPK Ciloto in 2019. The results showed that: (1) Participant response variables in the learning process were in the very high category, participant involvement in the learning process was in the very high category and skills basic teaching is in the high category; (2) The participant response variable has no relationship with the mastery of basic teaching skills; (3) The participant involvement variable has no relationship with the mastery of basic teaching skills; (4) Participant involvement and response variables have no relationship with the mastery of basic teaching skills.
