Abstract

Rumah sakit adalah institusi pelayanan kesehatan yang menyelenggarakan pelayanan kesehatan perorangan secara paripurna yang menyediakan pelayanan rawat inap, rawat jalan, dan gawat darurat. Tingginya kebutuhan masyarakat terhadap layanan kesehatan rumah sakit sementara informasi detail mengenai rumah sakit masih kurang memadai. Tidak sedikit masyarakat yang masih merasa kesulitan untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai jadwal dokter, instalasi rawat jalan, ketersediaan tempat tidur rawat inap, tarif layanan, dan menentukan rute terpendek atau rute tercepat menuju rumah sakit, terlebih pendatang dari luar Kota Bandung. Padahal peran rumah sakit sangatlah penting untuk pengobatan dan penanggulangan kesehatan bagi masyarakat setempat secara cepat. Apabila terjadi gawat darurat, dibutuhkan rute terpendek atau rute tercepat untuk menuju rumah sakit dan informasi mengenai ketersediaan tempat tidur rawat inap. Pada penelitian ini berhasil membangun sistem rekomendasi pemilihan rumah sakit berdasarkan preferensi user yang di dalamnya user dapat memilih rumah sakit berdasarkan jenis dan kelas rumah sakit sesuai dengan kebutuhan user, melihat informasi detail berupa jadwal dokter, instalasi rawat jalan, ketersediaan tempat tidur rawat inap dan tarif layanan dari tiap-tiap rumah sakit, dan mendapatkan rekomendasi jalur terpendek atau jalur tercepat menuju rumah sakit menggunakan Google Maps API. Sistem yang telah dibuat telah memiliki kelima nilai aspek usability, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem rekomendasi yang telah dibangun efektif dan dapat sesuai dengan kebutuhan user. Hospitals are health care institutions that provide complete individual health services that provide inpatient, outpatient, and emergency services. The high public need for hospital health services while detailed information about the hospital is still inadequate. Not a few people still find it difficult to get information about doctor schedules, outpatient installations, availability of inpatient beds, service rates, and determining the shortest route or the fastest route to the hospital, especially people from outside Bandung. Whereas the role of hospitals is very important for medical treatment and health care for the local community quickly. In case of an emergency, the shortest route or fastest route to the hospital and information on the availability of inpatient beds is required. This research successfully builds a recommendation system of hospital selection based on user preferences in which the user can choose the hospital based on the type and class of the hospital according to the needs of the user, see detailed information in the form of doctor schedule, outpatient installation, availability of inpatient beds and service rates of each hospital, and get the shortest route recommendations or the fastest route to the hospital using the Google Maps API. The system that has been built already has the five aspects of usability, so it can be concluded that the recommendation system that has been built is effective and can suit the needs of the user.
