Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan rancangan pembelajaran dengan menerapkan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Team Games Tournament untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kerja sama siswa kelas II sekolah dasar serta mendeskripsikan kegiatan pendahuluan, inti dan penutup dari rancangan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Team Games Tournament untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kerja sama siswa kelas II sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kemampuan kerja sama siswa kelas II salah satu SD di Kota Bandung dalam kegiatan berdiskusi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah para pakar yang terdiri dari dua dosen bidang pembelajaran dan satu orang guru sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik Delphi. Temuan penelitian yang diperoleh berdasarkan data kualitatif diolah melalui analisis saran perbaikan atau kesepakatan pakar, maka dapat disimpulkan temuan penelitian ini bahwa rancangan pembelajaran yang terdiri atas kegiatan pendahuluan, inti dan penutup disesuaikan dengan langkah-langkah model Team Games Tournament dan indikator dari kemampuan kerja sama yaitu menghargai kontribusi, mengambil giliran dan berbagi, berada dalam kelompok, menyelesaikan tugas dalam waktunya, serta menghargai perbedaan individu dan kesimpulan diprediksi dapat meningkatkan kemampuan kerja sama siswa kelas II Sekolah Dasar. This study aims to describe the learning design by applying the TGT (Team Games Tournament) type of cooperative learning to improve the cooperation skills for 2nd grade students of elementary school and describe the preliminary, core and closing activities of the TGT (Team Games Tournament) type of cooperative learning design to improve their abilities. Cooperation for 2nd grade students of elementary school. This research is motived by the low cooperation ability for 2nd grade students of one elementary school in Bandung in discussion activities. The subjects of this study were experts consisting of two lecturers in the field of learning and one elementary school teacher. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques using the Delphi technique. The research findings obtained based on qualitative data were processed through analysis of suggestions for improvement or agreement between the participants, it can be conclude that the findings of this study are the that the learning design consisting of preliminary, core, and closing activities is adjusted to the steps of the TGT (Team Games Tournament) model and indicators of ability. Cooperation, namely appreciating contributions, taking turns and sharing, being in groups, completing assignments in time, and respecting individual differences and conclusions are predicted to improve the cooperation ability for 2nd grade students of elementary school.
