Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui profil lulusan dan kinerja guru pada TK di Kota Bandung Provinsi Jawa Barat yang terakreditasi A, B, dan C tahun pelajaran 2019/2020. Profil lulusan merupakan kompetensi yang dimiliki siswa berupa sikap spiritual, sikap sosial, pengetahuan serta keterampilan. Sedangkan kinerja guru merupakan kompetensi yang ditunjukkan oleh seorang guru yang meliputi kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi profesional, kompetensi kepribadian, dan kompetensi sosial. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini digolongkan pada penelitian yang menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian deskriptif analisis. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah orang tua siswa di TK yang telah terakreditasi pada tahun pelajaran 2019/2020 di Kota Bandung Provinsi Jawa Barat yang berjumlah 30 kecamatan dengan jumlah sebanyak 8485 orang tua siswa. Sampel dari populasi menggunakan teknik simple random sampling yang kemudian diperoleh sebanyak 382 orang tua siswa. Adapun dari hasil penelitian secara keseluruhan menunjukkan bahwa (1) profil lulusan TK Kota Bandung tahun ajaran 2019/2020 yaitu 80,10% berada pada kategori tinggi, 19,90% berada pada kategori sedang dan 0% berada pada kategori rendah, (2) kinerja guru TK Kota Bandung 99,74% berada pada kategori tinggi, 0,26% berada pada kategori sedang, dan 0% berada pada kategori rendah. This research was conducted to determine the profile of graduates and teacher performance in kindergarten in Bandung City, West Java Province accredited A, B, and C for the 2019/2020 school year. A graduate profile is a competency possessed by students in the form of spiritual attitudes, social attitudes, knowledge and skills. Meanwhile, teacher performance is a competency shown by a teacher which includes pedagogical competence, professional competence, personality competence, and social competence. The method used in this research is classified in research using a quantitative approach with a descriptive analysis research design. The population in this study were the parents of students in kindergartens who were accredited in the 2019/2020 school year in Bandung City, West Java Province, totaling 30 districts with a total of 8485 parents. Samples from the population using simple random sampling technique which then obtained as many as 382 parents of students. The results of the research as a whole show that (1) the profile of kindergarten graduates in Bandung City for the 2019/2020 academic year, that is 80.10% in the high category, 19.90% in the medium category and 0% in the low category, (2) Bandung Kindergarten teacher performance 99.74% are in the high category, 0.26% are in the medium category, and 0% are in the low category.
