Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kinerja guru, hasil belajar dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kinerja guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Akuntansi Keuangan di SMK se Kota Cimahi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian verifikatif. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa angket yang disebarkan kepada siswa kelas XI Akuntansi di SMK se Kota Cimahi. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu Sample Random Sampling, diperoleh sampel sebanyak 185 siswa dari jumlah populasi sebanyak 344 siswa. Data penelitian ini diolah dengan analisis korelasi Pearson Product Moment sedangkan pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji t. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja guru berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar. Berdasarkan nilai korelasi (r) sebesar 0,561, nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,315%, uji F diperoleh Fhitung 84,207 > 3,89 nilai Ftabel yang artinya regresi berarti, uji t diperoleh thitung > ttabel yaitu 9,176 > 1,973 dan nilai signifikansi < 0,05 yaitu 0,000. Berdasarkan koefisien determinasi maka kinerja guru berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar sebesar 31,5% sementara sisanya ditentukan oleh faktor lain. This research aimed to describe teacher performance, learning outcomes and to study teacher performance against student learning outcomes in Financial Accounting subjects in SMKs in the City of Cimahi. The method used in this research was descriptive with verification research type. The technique of collecting data used a questionnaire distributed to XI Accounting class students in vocational high schools in Cimahi City. The sampling technique used was the Random Sampling Sample, obtained a sample of 185 students from a total of 344 students. The data of this study were processed by Pearson Product Moment analysis while hypothesis testing was performed using t test. The results of this study indicate positive research results on learning outcomes. Based on the estimated value (r) of 0.561, the coefficient of determination equal to 0.315%, the F test was obtained Fcount 84.207> 3.89 Ftable which means regression, t test was obtained tcount> ttable ie 9.176> 1.973 and the significance value <0.05 was 0.000 . Based on the coefficient of determination the teacher's performance determines positively on learning outcomes of 31.5% while determined by other factors.
