Abstract

Civic disposition merupakan unsur paling penting dalam mewujudkan kompetensi civic, yang meliputi aspek watak, sikap, atau karakter yang menunjang terhadap terwujundya warga negara yang baik, sedangkan video blogging (vlog) merupakan suatu blog yang berisi mengenai video yang dapat diakses dengan bebas oleh siapapun, termasuk oleh peserta didik. Sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuani kecenderung, pengaruh dan hubungan antara menonton konten video blogging (vlog) terhadap civic disposition peserta didik yang dilaksanakan di SMA Pasundan 3 Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasi, teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket, dan teknik analisis data untuk menguji kecenderungan dalam menonton konten video blogging dan civic disposition menggunakan uji kecenderungan, sedngkan dalam menguji hubungan antar variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji korelasi dan uji signifikansi, serta dalam mencari pengaruh yang ditimbulkan antar variabel menggunakan uji determinasi dan uji regresi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan peserta didik SMA Pasundan 3 Bandung memiliki kecenderungan yang baik dalam menonton konten video blogging (vlog), dan memiliki kecenderungan yang cukup baik dalam menerapkan civic disposition peserta didik menonton konten video blogging (vlog) memiliki nilai pearson correlation sebesar 0.404 dengan derajat hubungan cukup kuat terhadap pembentukan civic disposition peserta didik, dan menonton konten video blogging (vlog) memiliki pengaruh sebesar 16.3% terhadap indikator-indikator civic disposition peserta didik yakni, terhadap sikap tanggung jawab, jujur, mandiri, toleransi, sopan dan santun yang dimiliki oleh peserta didik. (1602232). “THE EFFECT OF EACHTING VIDEO BLOGGING CONTENT (VLOG) ON THE FORMATION OF CIVIC DISPOSITION PARTICIPANTS IN PASUNDAN 3 BANDUNG” Civic disposition is the most important element in realizing civic competence, which includes aspects of character, attitude, or character that support good citizens, while video blogging (vlog) is a blog that contains videos that can be accessed freely by anyone, including by students. So that this study aims to understand the trends, effects and relationships between watching video blogging (vlog) content on civic disposition of students carried out at SMA Pasundan 3 Bandung. This study uses a quantitative approach to the correlation method, data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire, and data analysis techniques to test trends in watching video content blogging and civic disposition using the tendency test, while testing the relationship between variables used in this study using the test correlation and significance test, as well as in looking for effects caused by variables using the determination test and simple linear regression test. Based on the results of research conducted by Pasundan 3 Bandung High School students have a good tendency in watching video blogging (vlog) content, and have a fairly good tendency in implementing civic disposition of students watching video blogging content (vlog) having a Pearson correlation value of 0.404 with the degree of relationship is quite strong towards the formation of civic disposition of students, and watching video blogging (vlog) content has an effect of 16.3% on indicators of civic disposition of students namely, towards the attitude of responsibility, honesty, independence, tolerance, politeness owned by students.
