Abstract

Kurikulum yang berlaku dan diterapkan oleh sekolah dasar negeri di Kabupaten Bandung yaitu kurikulum 2013. Pembelajaran tematik bukan hal yang baru bagi guru sekolah dasar karena pada tahun 2006 kurikulum yang berlaku yaitu kurikulum tingkat satuan pendidikan (KTSP), dimana pelaksanaan pembelajaran tematik dilaksanakan di kelas 1 sampai kelas 3 sekolah dasar. Sedangkan pada saat ini kurikulum yang berlaku yaitu kurikulum 2013 dimana pelaksanaan pembelajaran tematik diperluas untuk semua jenjang sekolah dasar dari kelas 1 sampai kelas 6. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pemahaman guru sekolah dasar terhadap konsep dan implementasi pembelajaran tematik terpadu di Kabupaten Bandung. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya pemahaman guru sekolah dasar dalam kurikulum 2013 yakni dengan mengimplementasikan pembelajaran tematik terpadu. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pada umumnya guru sekolah dasar di Kabupaten Bandung memahami pemahaman konsep dan implementasi pembelajaran tematik dengan presentase sebanyak 81,5%. Tetapi masih ada guru yang kurang paham mengenai pembelajaran tematik, dilihat dari karakteristik responden berdasarkan status akreditasi sekolah A dan berakreditasi B, mengajar di kelas rendah dan kelas tinggi, berdasarkan status kepegawaian, berdasarkan usia, dan berdasarkan masa kerja. ;---The curriculum is applicable and applied by public elementary schools in Bandung Regency, namely the 2013 curriculum. Thematic learning is not new for elementary school teachers because in 2006 the curriculum was valid, namely the education unit level curriculum (KTSP), where the implementation of thematic learning was carried out in class 1 until grade 3 elementary school. Whereas at present the applicable curriculum is the 2013 curriculum where the implementation of thematic learning is extended to all levels of elementary school from grade 1 to class 6. The purpose of this study is to analyze the understanding of elementary school teachers on the concept and implementation of integrated thematic learning in Bandung Regency. This research is motivated by the importance of understanding elementary school teachers in the 2013 curriculum by implementing integrated thematic learning. This research was conducted using descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The results of the study show that in general primary school teachers in Bandung Regency understand the conceptual understanding and implementation of thematic learning with a percentage of 81.5%. But there are still teachers who don't understand about thematic learning, seen from the characteristics of respondents based on school A's accreditation status and B-accredited, teaching in low class and high class, based on employment status, based on age, and based on years of service.
