Abstract

Pendidikan di Indonesia belum sepenuhnya memberikan harapan bagi masyarakat baik dari segi nilai, mutu, dan manfaat pendidikannya. Upaya untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan Indonesia yakni salah satunya dengan meningkatkan mutu pendidiknya. Karena komponen terpenting dalam pendidikan adalah pendidik. Idealnya, pendidik harus kompeten dalam mendidik khususnya PAI. Menguasai teknologi, mampu meramu pembelajaran yang tepat bagi peserta didik, serta meningkatkan kualitas interkasi dengan peserta didik dalam pembelajaran PAI. Namun nyatanya, masih ada guru yang kurang mengerti dengan itu semua. Bahkan ada pendidik yang sudah tidak memiliki motivasi belajar. Merasa benar dengan apa yang dimiliki dan dilakukannya selama ini. Maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan alternatif solusi dari kisah al-Qur`ān Suraħ Hūd [11] ayat 25–49 tentang perjuangan Nabi Nūḥ dalam mendidik kaumnya agar bisa dicontoh dan diterapkan oleh pendidik dalam pembelajaran PAI. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode non-interaktif dan jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kajian pustaka (library research). Untuk prosedur pelaksanaannya, penelitian ini menggunakan metode Tafsir al-Qur`ān. Adapun metode penafsiran yang digunakan adalah metode Tafsir Tahlily dan Muqarran. Hasil dari penelitian ini ditemukan ada empat nilai pendidikan yang tercantum dalam al-Qur`ān Suraħ Hūd [11] ayat 25–49, yaitu nilai tentang tujuan pembelajaran, metode pembelajaran (Metode Ibrah-Mau’iẓah, Metode Targib-Tarhib, Metode Uswaħ Ḥasanaħ (Keteladanan), dan Metode Ḥiwār Qur`āni), materi pendidikan (aqidah, akhlak, dan ibadah), dan kriteria pendidik. Implementasi penelitian berikutnya untuk lebih teliti dalam mengkaji penelitian ini dan menggunakan metode penafsiran dan mufasir yang lain sehingga dapat melengkapi kekurangan yang ada. Kata Kunci: Kompetensi Guru, Kisah Nabi Nūḥ, Pembelajaran PAI. ----------- Education in Indonesia has not fully provided hope for the community in terms of values, quality, and benefits of education. Efforts to improve the quality of Indonesian education are one of them by improving the quality of educators. Because the most important component in education is educators. Ideally, educators must be competent in educating especially Islamic Education. Mastering technology, able to mix appropriate learning for students, and improve the quality of interaction with students in Islamic Education learning. But in fact, there are still teachers who do not understand it all. There are even educators who don't have the motivation to learn. Feel right with what he has and has been doing all this time. So this study aims to find alternative solutions to the story of al-Qur`ān Suraħ Hūd [11] verses 25–49 about the struggle of the Prophet Nūḥ in educating his people to be emulated and applied by educators in Islamic Education learning. This research method uses non-interactive methods and the type of research used in this study is library research. For the procedure of its implementation, this study uses the method of Tafsir of the Qur'an. The Tafsir method used is Tahlily and Muqarran method. The results of this study found four educational values listed in al-Qur`ān Suraħ Hūd [11] verses 25–49, namely the value of learning objectives, learning methods (Ibrah-Mau'iẓah Method, Targib-Tarhib Method, Uswaħ Ḥasanaħ Method (Exemplary), and Ḥiwār Qur`āni Method), educational material (aqidah, morals, and worship), and educator criteria. The implementation of subsequent studies to be more thorough in reviewing this research and using other method of Tafsir and Mufassir to complement the existing deficiencies.
