    Abstract

    Penelitian ini dilakukan pada salah satu SMK swasta di Bandung. Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pengantar Administrasi Perkantoran di Kelas X program keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran. Hal tersebut ditandai dengan masih banyaknya siswa yang belum mencapai nilai KKM. Penelitian ini terdiri atas tiga variabel yaitu Disiplin Belajar (X1), Kecerdasan Intelektual (X2), dan Hasil Belajar Siswa (Y). Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adakah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh dari disiplin belajar, kecerdasan intelektual, terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pengantar Administrasi Perkantoran di Kelas X program keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran.
    Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Explanatory Survey. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, dan teknik analisis datanya menggunakan regresi ganda. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berukuran 66 siswa. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa disiplin belajar siswa berada pada kategori sedang, kecerdasan intelektual siswa berada pada kategori sedang, dan hasil belajar siswa berada pada kategori rendah. Hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh bahwa disiplin belajar dan kecerdasan intelektual mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa.

    This research was conducted at one of the private Vocational Schools in Bandung. The problems studied in this study are not optimal student learning outcomes in Office Administration Introduction subjects in Class X Office Administration expertise programs. This is indicated by the number of students who have not yet reached the KKM score. This study consists of three variables, namely Learning Discipline (X1), Intellectual Intelligence (X2), and Student Learning Outcomes (Y). The purpose of this study is to find out how the influence of learning discipline, intellectual intelligence, on student learning outcomes in Office Administration Introduction subjects in Class X Office Administration expertise program.
    The method used in this study is the Explanatory Survey. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, and data analysis techniques using multiple regression. The population in this study was 66 students. The results of data analysis show that student learning discipline is in the medium category, students' intellectual intelligence is in the moderate category, and student learning outcomes are in the low category. Hypothesis test results obtained that the discipline of learning and intellectual intelligence has a positive and significant influence on student learning outcomes.
