Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran fasilitas belajar, gambaran motivasi belajar siswa, serta pengaruh fasilitas dan motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif verifikatif. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa Kelas XI Jurusan Akuntansi sebanyak 50 siswa dengan teknik sampling yaitu sampel populasi. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket untuk fasilitas dan motivasi belajar serta dokumentasi untuk prestasi belajar. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier sederhana sedangkan pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis jalur dan uji t dengan bantuan program software IBM SPSS V.24 for windows. Berdasarkan analisis deskriptif fasilitas belajar berada pada kategori tinggi, motivasi belajar berada pada kategori sedang, dan prestasi belajar siswa sudah berada pada kategori baik namun belum optimal karena masih berada di bawah kriteria ketuntasan minimum (KKM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sumbangan pengaruh fasilitas belajar terhadap motivasi belajar siswa sebesar 47,8%. Sedangkan untuk sumbangan pengaruh fasilitas belajar dan motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar sebesar 16,9%, sementara 83,1% merupakan pengaruh dari faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. ...... The Study is aimed to know about the facilities available at SMK Bina Warga Bandung, the students motivation and the influence of both of them on their achievement. The study is a kind of descriptive verification one. The object of the study is a fifty students of XI grade students from Accounting Departmenr by using sampling technique. It is population sample. The instrument used in this study is questionnaire for facilities and learning motivation, and documentation for knowing students achievement. The analysis technique used is simple liniear regression whereas hypothesis testing is done by using path analysis and t test with the help of IBM SPSS V.24 for windows software program. Based on descriptive analysis of learning, it is known that the level high category, while learning motivation is known at the middle category and the students achievement is in the level of good. However, this good achievement is still under the minimum mastery criteria (KKM). The result of study shows that the influence of learning facilities on the students motivation reach the level 47,8%. And the last, the influence of learning facilities and students motivation on the students achievement teach the level of 16,9% while the remaining 83,1% is affected by other factors that are not studied.
