Abstract

Di Indonesia, pelajaran bahasa Jepang diajarkan di Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA), Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan, Madrasah Aliyah, Sekolah Menengah Atas Kristen. Bahasa Jepang telah diajarkan sejak dulu di Indonesia. Dari sejak Jepang datang ke Indonesia pada tahun 1942 menggantikan penjajahan Belanda di Indonesia. Sampai saat inipun, setelah merdeka, bangsa Indonesia masih belajar bahasa Jepang meskipun bukan bahasa ibunya. Seiring perkembangan jaman, bahasa Jepang menjadi bahasa asing yang sangat penting untuk dipelajari oleh para murid SMA/SMK/MA/SMAK. Dan bahasa Jepang pun masuk dalam salah satu dari beberapa mata pelajaran bahasa asing yang ada dalam kurikulum pendidikan di Indonesia. Dan selama ini, kurikulum di Indonesia selalu berubah. Pada kenyataannya saat ini masih banyak sekolah dan guru yang menggunakan kurikulum lama yaitu kurikulum 2006 (Revisi meskipun kurikulum baru yaitu kurikulum 2013 sudah diberlakukan. Dan yang berlaku saat ini adalah kurikulum 2013 revisi. Dunia pendidikan bahasa Jepang di sekolah menengah pun mengalami hal yang sama. Tesis ini mengevaluasi kurikulum bahasa Jepang dengan bahan ajar di SMA/SMK/MA/SMAK. Temuan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa penggunaan buku ajar kurikulum lama yaitu kurikulum 2006 masih banyak digunakan para guru bahasa Jepang di provinsi Jawa Barat dan diluar provinsi Jawa Barat meskipun saat ini diberlakukan kurikulum baru yaitu kurikulum 2013 dan kurikulum 2013 Revisi. Buku ajar yang sesuai dengan kurikulum 2013 sudah ada dan sudah pernah disosialisasikan dan juga sudah dimiliki oleh para guru bahasa Jepang. Namun dalam kenyataannya di lapangan, mereka lebih banyak menggunakan buku ajar kurikulum lama yaitu kurikulum 2006. ---- In Indonesia, Japanese subject taught in Senior High schools, vocational High Schools, Islamic senior high schools, and Christian senior high schools. Japanese subjects have been taught in Indonesian from 1942 until now. As we know in 1942, the government of Japan (military) came to Indonesia to expel the colonization of the Netherlands. Until now, after independence, the Indonesian people still learn Japanese though not as mother tongue. Along with the development of the era, Japanese language became a very important foreign language to be learned by high Senior High schools, vocational High Schools, Islamic senior high schools, and Christian senior high schools students. And Japanese language was included in one of several foreign language subjects that exist in the curriculum of education in Indonesia. And so far, the curriculum in Indonesia has always changed In reality today many schools and teachers still use the old curriculum called 2006 curriculum even though the new curriculum has been put into effect. Which applies today is the revised 2013 curriculum. Japanese language education in high schools also experienced the same thing. This thesis evaluate the Japanese curriculum with Japanese teaching materials in Senior High schools, vocational High Schools, Islamic senior high schools, and Christian senior high schools. This research found the fact that the use of 2006 curriculum’s text books as the previous curriculum is still widely used although Japanese teachers in West Java province and outside West Java province currently apply in the revised 2013 curriculum. The 2013 curriculum’s textbooks have been socialized and owned by Japanese teachers but in the reality, they more use the textbooks of the previous curriculum, the 2006 curriculum.
