Abstract
Muhammad Fajar Siddiq (2017). Hubungan Pelatihan Berbasis Kompetensi Mekanik Mobil Efi (Electronic Fuel Injection) Dengan Kesiapan Kerja Peserta Di Balai Besar Pengembangan Latihan Kerja (BBPLK) Bandung. DPTM FPTK UPI: Bandung. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat peserta pelatihan mekanik mobil EFI (electronic fuel injection) di Balai Besar Pengembangan Latihan Kerja Bandung yang belum lulus uji kompetensi, padahal seharusnya setelah mengikuti pelatihan, peserta dapat meningkatkan kompetensinya sesuai dengan program yang telah disusun yaitu sebagai mekanik mobil EFI dan siap bekerja. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar hubungan antara pelatihan dengan kesiapan kerja peserta yang telah mengikuti pelatihan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode asosiatif untuk melihat seberapa besar hubungan antar variable dan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data melalui angket. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta pelatihan yang mengikuti pelatihan mekanik mobil EFI (electronic fuel injection) sebanyak 16 orang, teknik pengambilan sampel adalah sampel jenuh yang mengambil semua populasi sebagai sampel. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa 1) Peserta Pelatihan sebanyak 50% memiliki gambaran bahwa pelatihan sudah berjalan baik dan 50% sisanya beanggapan sangat baik. 2) Peserta pelatihan memiliki kategori siap bekerja sebanyak 37.5% dan sebanyak 62.5% memiliki kesiapan kerja dalam kategori sangat siapa bekerja. 3) hubungan antara persepsi peserta pelatihan mekanik EFI (electronic fuel injection) dengan kesiapan kerja peserta pelatihan di Balai Besar Pengembangan Latihan Kerja Bandung termasuk pada kategori sangat kuat yaitu sebesar 93.5% dan sebesar 6.5 % adalah faktor lain.---Muhammad Fajar Siddiq (2017). The problem of this research is, there are participant of EFI(Electronic Fuel Injection) Car Mechanic Training in Balai Besar Pengembangan Latihan Kerja (BBPLK) that has not passed competency test, but actually the case is after training participat can improve their competence in accordance with the program that has been prepared that is as a car EFI mechanic and have work readiness.therefore this study aims to find out how much the relation between this training with the readiness of participat who have followed the training. This study uses associative approaches and data collection techniques questionnaries. The population this research were trainees who participated in the EFI (Electronic Fuel Injection) Car Mechanic training of 16 people. The sampling technique was a saturated sample that took all the population as a sample. Base on the research result obtained that 1) As much as 50% participat have a good representation that the training is going well and remaining 50% is very good. 2) Training Paticipants as many as 37.5 % in the categories ready to works and as many as 62.5 % in the categories of very ready to works. 3) the relation between the representation of EFI (Electronic Fuel Injection) Car Mechanic Training participants with the readiness of the training participants in Balai Besar Pengembangan Latihan Kerja (BBPLK) Bandung included in very strong category, as many as 93.5 % and as many as 6.5% is another factor.
