Abstract
Belanja daring saat ini marak dipilih oleh masyarakat sebagai solusi berbelanja mudah dan cepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kecerdasan spasial dan perilaku berbelanja daring mahasiswa Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia, serta untuk menganalisis kecerdasan spasial dalam perilaku berbelanja daring mahasiswa Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Penelitian dilakukan kepada 179 mahasiswa Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia kampus Bumi Siliwangi tahun 2015-2016 yang pernah berbelanja daring, yang ditentukan secara purposive sampling. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuisioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia memiliki kecerdasan spasial yang baik dalam mempertimbangkan faktor lokasi, jarak, dan keterjangkauan ketika melakukan aktivitas belanja daring. Selain itu, perilaku berbelanja daring pada mahasiswa Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia juga mencerminkan perilaku berbelanja daring pada masyarakat luas lainnya jika ditinjau dari jenis kelamin, alasan berbelanja daring, jenis produk yang paling banyak dibeli secara daring, serta metode pembayaran yang paling banyak digunakan. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan spasial dalam mempertimbangan lokasi toko daring berkaitan dengan jenis barang yang dibeli, kecerdasan spasial dalam mempertimbangan jarak toko daring berkaitan dengan harga barang yang dibeli, dan kecerdasan spasial dalam mempertimbangan keterjangkauan toko daring berkaitan dengan jenis barang dan lokasi toko daring.;Online shopping is now oftenchosen by the community as a solution to shop easily and quickly. This study aims to identify the spatial intelligence and online shopping behavior of students at Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia, and also analyze the spatial intelligence in online shopping behavior of students at Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. The research was conduncted to 179 students of Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia, Bumi Siliwangi campus on 2015-2016 who have ever shopped online, which is determined by purposive sampling. The method used is survey method with data collection using questionnaires. The results showed that the students of Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia have good spatial intelligence factors in considering the location, distance, and accessibility when doing online shopping activity. In addition, online shopping behavior of students at Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia, also reflects the online shopping behavior in the wider community in the terms of gender, reason for online shopping, the types of products most purchased online, and the most widely used payment method. The result also showed that spatial intelligence in consideration the location of online store associated with the types of products purchased, spatial intelligence into consideration the distance of online store associated with the price of products purchased, and spatial intelligence in consideration the accecibility of online store associated with the types of products and location of the online store.
