Abstract
Motivasi belajar sangatlah penting yang harus dimiliki siswa untuk terciptanya pembelajaran dengan baik. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui besar motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran pemeliharaan sistem kelistrikan kendaraan ringan. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu, ada beberapa siswa sering izin keluar masuk kelas, sering ribut di kelas, ada beberapa siswa yang main HP pada saat pelaksanaan belajar dan ada beberapa siswa yang tidak masuk kembali ke kelas. Teori yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu teori Schunk, dimana konsep teori motivasi dengan pendekatan perilaku. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berupa angket. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kelas XI Teknik Kendaraan Ringan SMK Negeri 6 Bandung tahun pembelajaran 2016/2017. Skala pengukuran pada penelitian ini menggunakan skala pengukuran Likert karena penelitian ini mengukur sikap, pendapat atau persepsi seseorang. Indikator-indikator pengukuran antara lain Minat, Kemandirian, Kemauan, Nilai ulangan, Kepercayaan diri dalam belajar dan Orientasi pada hasil. Hasil dari penelitian motivasi belajar siswa SMK Negeri 6 Bandung sebesar 94,57%, hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi belajar siswa SMK Negeri 6 Bandung termasuk katagori penafsiran data sangat tinggi, dengan demikian dapat di simpulkan bahwa sebagian siswa memiliki motivasi belajar yang sangat tinggi pada mata pelajaran pemeliharaan sistem kelistrikan kendaraan ringan. Kata Kunci: Motivasi Belajar Siswa, Siswa SMK, Pemeliharaan sistem kelistrikan kendaraan ringan. Learning motivation is very important that students need to have to create a good learning. The purpose of this study is to determine the students’ motivation on light vehicle electrical system maintenance. The problem in this research are some students who often left the classroom, often noisy in the classroom, played smartphones during the learning implementation or did not go back to the classroom. The theory used in this research is the Schunk theory that is the concept of motivation theory with behavioral approaches. This research method uses descriptive quantitative research methods. The instrument used in this study is in the form of a questionnaire. The research was conducted in XI Grade of SMK Negeri 6 Bandung, Light Vehicle Engineering department, academic year 2016/2017. This study uses Likert scale measurement to measure attitudes, opinions or perceptions. The indicators include Interests, Independence, Enthusiasm, Evaluation Result, Learning Self-confidence and Output Orientation. The results of the research on students 'motivation of SMK Negeri 6 Bandung is 94.57%, means that the students' motivation include the category interpretation of the data is very high, thus it can be concluded that most students’ motivation to learn on light vehicle electrical system maintenance is very high.
