    Abstract

    Skripsi dengan judul “Penerapan Strategi Pembelajaran Aktif Question Student Have (QSH) untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa” merupakan penelitian eksperimental yang dilakukan pada siswa kelas X program keahlian Teknik Otomasi Industri di SMK Negeri 4 Bandung Tahun Ajaran 2014/2015. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dan untuk membandingkan perbedaan hasil prestasi belajar antara siswa yang menggunakan strategi pembelajaran aktif Question Student Have (QSH) dengan siswa yang menggunakan strategi pembelajaran konvensional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari tahu pengaruh penerapan strategi pembelajaran aktif QSH dalam meningkatkan minat siswa untuk bertanya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi experimental design. Penelitian dilakukan dengan memberikan dua perlakuan berbeda terhadap dua kelompok siswa. Pertama, kelompok eksperimen mendapatkan pengajaran dengan menggunakan strategi pembelajaran aktif QSH, kedua kelompok kontrol menggunakan strategi pembelajaran konvensional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada hasil belajar siswa dilihat dari rata-rata gain (peningkatan) antara yang menggunakan strategi pembelajaran aktif QSH dengan yang menggunakan strategi pembelajaran konvensional. Dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan strategi pembelajaran aktif QSH dimana siswa membuat pertanyaan sebanyak-banyaknya untuk dicari dan didiskusikan jawabannya bersama-sama dapat membantu siswa dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar pada standar kompetensi “Mendeskripsikan dan Menggunakan piranti-piranti elektronika daya dalam rangkaian listrik” lebih baik dibandingkan strategi pembelajaran konvensional.

    Undergraduate thesis titled "Application of Active Learning Strategies Question Student Have (QSH) to Improve Student Results" is an experimental research done in class X program expertise Industrial Automation Engineering at SMK Negeri 4 Bandung in Academic Year 2014/2015. This research was conducted to gain an overview of improving student learning outcomes and to compare differences in the results of learning achievement among students who use active learning strategies Question Student Have (QSH) with students who use conventional learning strategy. This study aims to find out the effect of the application of active learning strategies QSH to increase the interest of students to ask questions. The method used is a quasi-experimental design. The study was conducted by giving two different treatment of the two groups of students. First, the experimental group receive instruction using active learning strategies QSH, both the control group using conventional learning strategy. The results showed that there are significant differences in student learning outcomes seen from the average gain (increase) between the use of active learning strategies QSH with the use of conventional learning strategy. From these results it can be concluded that the active learning strategies QSH where students make inquiries as much as possible to look for and discuss answers together can help students in improving learning outcomes in competency standards "Describing and Using the devices of power electronics in electric circuits" more better than conventional learning strategy.
