Abstract
Permasalahan penelitian ini adalah perolehan hasil belajar siswa kelas XI IPS di SMA Pasundan 1 Bandung yang rendah. Hal ini disebabkan oleh faktor internal dan factor eksternal. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi siswa tentang profesionalisme guru terhadap hasil belajar dan pengaruh gaya belajar terhadap hasil belajar. Metode yang digunakan adalah survey explanatory. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPS dengan jumlah 192 dan diambil sampel penelitian sebanyak 130 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket atau kuesioner, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi siswa tentang profesionalisme guru berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar. Dan gaya Belajar kinestetik memiliki pengaruh yang paling besar terhadap hasil belajar dibandingkan dengan gaya belajar visual dan gaya belajar auditori. Saran bagi sekolah untuk mengembangkan kompetensi guru yang dimiliki masing-masing guru seperti pelatihan untuk pengembangan kompetensi. Bagi guru untuk meningkatkan hasil pembelajaran dengan kegiatan pembelajaran yang menarik dan mengikuti acara pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dan bagi siswa untuk dapat memahami gaya belajarnya masing-masing agar lebih mudah menyerap dan mengelola informasi. Kata Kunci: Profesionalisme Guru, Gaya Belajar Siswa, dan Hasil Belajar This research have background by low student learning outcomes in economicin high school class XI IPS 1 Bandung Sundanese low. It is caused by internal factors and external factors. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of students' perceptions about the professionalism of teachers on learning outcomes and learning styles influence on learning outcomes. The method be used is survey explanatory. The population of this study were students of class XI IPS with the total 192 and taken sample of 130 respondents. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires or questionnaires, while data analysis using simple regression analysis techniques. The results showed that students' perceptions of teacher professionalism and significant effect on learning outcomes. And kinesthetic learning style has the greatest influence on learning outcomes compared to the visual learning style and auditory learning styles. Suggestions for schools to develop teacher competency of each teacher as training for competence development. For teachers to improve learning outcomes with exciting learning activities and attend training to improve the competence of teachers and for students to be able to understand the learning style of each to make it easier to absorb and manage information.
