Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “penerapan metode peta konsep berbasis sastra hijau dalam pembelajaran menulis puisi”. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kemampuan siswa dalam menulis puisi karena kemampuan menulis puisi sering dianggap sebagai bakat sehingga orang yang merasa tidak mempunyai bakat tidak dapat menulis puisi. Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode peta konsep berbasis sastra hijau terhadap kemampuan menulis puisi. Metode yang tepat hendaknya digunakan oleh guru agar lebih mudah diimplementasikan kepada siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Populasi dalam penulisan ini adalah seluruh kelas VII SMP Negeri 44 Bandung dengan jumlah 354 siswa. Sampel dalam penulisan ini berjumlah 35 siswa yang diambil secara purposif (purposive sampling) sehingga akan ditentukan kelas eksperimen dan kontrol. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah metode eksperimen dengan desain Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Pada desain ini, kelas eksperimen maupun kontrol tidak dipilih secara random. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, metode peta konsep berbasis sastra hijau terbukti efektif dalam pembelajaran menulis puisi pada kelas eksperimen dengan nilai rata-rata awal yang berkategori rendah yaitu 59,45 meningkat menjadi nilai yang berkategori tinggi yaitu 76,49.

This study entitled "application of the method of green literature-based concept maps in learning to write poetry". This research is motivated by the lack of students' skills in writing poetry because of the ability to write poetry is often regarded as a talent so that people who are not having talent can not write poetry. This research aims to determine the effect of concept mapping method based green literature on the ability to write poetry. Appropriate methods should be used by teachers to be more easily implemented to the students in the learning process. The population in this paper is the entire class VII SMP Negeri 44 Bandung with 354 number of students. The sample in this study, totaling 35 students drawn purposively (purposive sampling) will be determined so that the experimental and control classes. The method used in this paper is the experimental method to design Nonequivalent Control Group Design. On this design, the experimental class and control are not selected at random. Based on the research results, methods of map-based concept of green literature proved to be effective in learning to write poetry in the experimental class with an average value of initial low category is 59.45 increase to the high value category is 76.49.
