    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan pembelajaran bahasa Prancis dengan menggunakan media komik strip tanpa teks dalam menulis dialog bahasa Prancis pada siswa SMA. Selain itu, peneliti memaparkan (1) pengguanaan media komik strip tanpa teks dalam meningkatkan kemampuan menulis dialog bahasa Prancis, (2) perbedaan kemampuan menulis dialog bahasa Prancis sebelum menggunakan media komik strip tanpa teks dan sesudah menggunakan media komik strip tanpa teks, (3) tanggapan siswa tentang media komik strip tanpa teks dalam meningkatkan kemampuan menulis dialog bahasa Prancis.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode praeksperimental dengan desain penelitian One Group Pretes-Posttes dengan sampel 34 siswa kelas XI IPA 5 SMAN 6 Cimahi Tahun Ajaran 2015/2016.Instrumen penelitian ini adalah tes dan angket. Hasil analisis data tes mengalami peningkatan yaitu dari 5,69 nilai rata-rata prates menjadi 6,86 nilai pascates. Selain itu, didukung oleh hasil data angket yang menyebutkan bahwa media komik strip tanpa teks membantu dalam meningkatkan keterampilan menulis dialog bahasa Prancis. Sehingga, Peneliti menyarankan media komik strip tanpa teks bisa dijadikan media alternatif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menulis bahasa Prancis.

    This study aims at investigating the implementation ofFrench language learning by using the comic strip without dialog in French on high school students. The researcher describes (1) the use of comic strip to enhance the ability to write dialogue in French, (2) thecomparison between the ability to write dialogue in French before using the comic strip without text media and after using the comic strip without text media, and (3) thestudent’s responses on the comic strip media in increasing writing ability on dialogue text in French. The method used in this research is pre-experimental with One Group Pretest-Posttest Design, involving 34 students of grade XI IPA 5 of the academic year of 2015/2016 at SMAN 6 in Cimahi. The instruments are test and questionnaire. The results of data analysis from tests show that there is an increase result, from pre-test average value 5.69 to 6.86 post-test value. In addition, the increased value is also supported by the questionnaire that shows that comic strip without text media helps in improving writing dialogue skill in French. Thus, the researcher suggests the comic strip without text media can be used as an alternative media to improve writing skill in French.
