Abstract
Kurikulum merdeka diterapkan untuk memberikan fleksibilitas kepada guru dalam mengatur pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa. Namun, laporan-laporan awal menunjukkan variasi dalam keberhasilan implementasi di berbagai sekolah. Laporan ini menekankan perlunya penelitian dan evaluasi lebih lanjut mengenai dampaknya terhadap motivasi belajar siswa (Kemendikbud 2022). Penelitian ini berjudul "Pengaruh Pembelajaran Guru dalam Penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka terhadap Motivasi Belajar Siswa di SMK Bina Wisata Lembang". Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran Pembelajaran guru dalam penerapan kurikulum merdeka, motivasi belajar siswa, dan bagaimana pengaruh pembelajaran guru dalam penerapan kurikulum merdeka. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner (angket) dengan 90 responden. Untuk menganalisis perhitungan dilakukan dengan dibantu oleh program Statistical Product for Service Solutions (SPSS) 25.0 dan program Microsoft Office Excel.Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan kecenderungan umum dengan teknik Weight Means Score (WMS), variabel pembelajaran guru dalam penerapan kurikulum merdeka dan motivasi belajar siswa memperoleh nilai dengan rata-rata 3,12 dan 3,08 yang termasuk ke dalam kategori sangat baik. Hasil dari uji koefisien korelasi antara kedua variabel mendapatkan hasil positif dengan hubungan yang cukup berpengaruh antar variabel. Kemudian hasil uji signifikansi memperoleh hasil yang signifikan. Berdasarkan uji koefisien determinasi, disimpulkan bahwa Pengaruh Pembelajaran Guru dalam Penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka terhadap Motivasi Belajar Siswa sebesar 66,9%. Dan berdasarkan hasil uji regresi menunjukkan persamaan 56.045 + 0.105 yang berarti ketika penambahan 1% nilai pembelajaran guru akan bertambah sebesar 0.105. Dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa pembelajaran guru dalam penerapan kurikulum merdeka memiliki pengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. The Merdeka Curriculum is implemented to provide flexibility for teachers in organizing learning that meets students' needs. This report emphasizes the need for further research and evaluation on its impact on students' learning motivation (Kemendikbud, 2022). This study is titled "The Influence of Teacher-Directed Learning in the Implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum on Students' Learning Motivation at SMK Bina Wisata Lembang." The purpose of this study is to explore an overview of teacher-directed learning in the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum, students' learning motivation, and how teacher-directed learning in this curriculum affects motivation. The research method used is descriptive with a quantitative approach, employing questionnaires with 90 respondents. Data analysis was conducted with the aid of Statistical Product for Service Solutions (SPSS) version 25.0 and Microsoft Office Excel. Based on the general tendency calculation with the Weight Means Score (WMS) technique, the variables of teacher-directed learning in the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum and students' learning motivation received average scores of 3.12 and 3.08, both categorized as very good. The results of the correlation coefficient test between the two variables showed a positive relationship, indicating a significant influence between them. The significance test also yielded significant results. Based on the coefficient of determination test, it was concluded that the influence of teacher-directed learning in the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum on students' learning motivation is 66.9%. Furthermore, regression test results indicate an equation of 56.045 + 0.105, meaning that with a 1% increase in the teacher-directed learning value, the motivation score will increase by 0.105. In conclusion, teacher-directed learning in the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum has an effect on students' learning motivation.
