    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui intensitas komunikasi orang tua/wali di
    Pos PAUD Mutiara Insani sebelum seminar, memberikan pematerian mengenai
    intensitas komunikasi, serta mengetahui efektivitas seminar terhadap intensitas
    komunikasi orang tua/wali di Pos PAUD Mutiara Insani. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain one-group pretest-posttest. Dalam penelitian ini, tak ada kelompok kontrol dan orang tua diberi perlakuan khusus atau Seminar selama
    beberapa waktu (tanda X). Hasil penelitian Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa intensitas
    komunikasi orang tua/wali anak di Pos PAUD Mutiara Insani didominasi dengan
    kategori belum berkembang 88% dan mulai berkembang 12% sebelum seminar
    program parenting kemudian, sesudah Seminar program parenting mendapatkan
    hasil 100% berkembang. Kegiatan Seminar program parenting dapat dikatakan
    mampu untuk memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap intensitas komunikasi
    orang tua/wali anak. Adapun nilai rata-rata skor intensitas komunikasi orang
    tua/wali anak pretes terdapat pada grafik 4.10 yang menunjukkan rata-rata skor
    sebesar 18,08 , kemudian mengalami peningkatan sebesar 5,4 (100%) sehingga
    pada saat postes menunjukkan rata-rata skor sebesar 23,48 sesudah
    dilaksanakannya seminar program parenting.

    This research aims to determine the intensity of communication between
    parents/guardians at the Mutiara Insani PAUD Post before training, provide a
    presentation on communication intensity, and determine the effectiveness of
    training on the communication intensity of parents/guardians at the Mutiara Insani PAUD Post. This research uses a one-group pretest-posttest design. In this study, there was no control group and parents were given special treatment or training for some time (X mark). The results of this research show that the intensity of communication between parents/guardians of children at the Mutiara Insani PAUD Post is dominated by the undeveloped category at 88% and started to develop at 12% before the parenting program training, then after the parenting program training the results were 100% developed. Parenting program training activities can be said to be able to have a significant influence on the intensity of communication between parents/guardians of children. The average value of the pre-test parent/guardian communication intensity score is in graph 4.10 which shows an average score of 18.08, then increased by 5.4 (100%) so that at the post-test the average score was 23.48 after implementing the parenting program training.
