Abstract

------ In the midst of rapid technological development, human resource management (HRM) has become a crucial aspect in organizations. To face the challenges of complex HR management, a web-based Human Resource Information System (HRIS) application was developed using React.Js technology with User Centered Design and MoSCoW methods. This research aims to design an HRIS application that increases the efficiency of employee data management and simplifies administrator tasks, according to the need for adaptation in a dynamic work environment. The research method includes analysis using MoSCoW, design creation and implementation, coding, system implementation, and evaluation. Black Box testing results show that all functionality requirements have been met. Questionnaire analysis using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method on six respondents resulted in a score of 79.17 with grade A- based on the Bangor Scale. This score falls into the Good category on the Adjective Rating and Acceptable on the user acceptance scale. In addition, the recommendation level is in the Promoter category, reflecting a very positive response to the system. The results show that this HRIS application is effective in supporting HR management as well as providing a satisfactory user experience for administrators.
