Abstract
ABSTRAK Murtaqiatusholihat, 2024. Pengembangan Kurikulum Pelatihan Untuk Meningkatkan Kompetensi Guru Tahfidz Al-Qur’an. Doktor Pengembangan Kurikulum, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Kompetensi guru Tahfidz Al-Qur’an pada SMA, Madrasah Aliyah dan Pontren di Jawa Barat belum memenuhi standar. Maka dibutuhkan kurikulum pelatihan guru. Perancangan kurikulum pelatihan guru Tahfidz Al-Qur’an ini pengembangan dari metode At-Taisir DR. Ustadz Adi Hidayat, Lc, MA. Dan metode Tilawah Evaluasi Sederhana (TES) Ustadz Jemmi Gumilar ST. Tujuan penelitian ini mendesain kurikulum pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru Tahfidz Al-Qur’an dengan metode yang efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode design and development. Dilakukan pada Juni 2022 s/d Februari 2024. Identifikasi dilakukan melalui wawancara 7 narasumber. Penilaian kebutuhan kompetensi guru melalui kuisioner kepada 216 guru Tahfidz Al-Qur’an di beberapa wilayah Jawa Barat. Desain dan pengembangan kurikulum dilakukan uji kelayakan oleh pakar dengan metode Delphi Survey. Hasil uji kelayakan kurikulum pelatihan dinilai layak oleh pakar dan dilakukan uji keefektifan kurikulum pelatihan. Uji keefektifan kurikulum pelatihan dilakukan dengan pelatihan guru Tahfidz Al-Qur’an di Pesantren Daarul Fikri Kab. Bekasi. Evaluasi keefektifan Kurikulum pelatihan melalui studi kuasi eksperimen tidak setara, dengan metode statistik deskriptif kuantitatif, (membandingkan hasil nilai pre-test dan post-test). Hasil pre-test dan post-test ilmu tajwid, metode menghafal dan komunikasi efektif menunjukkan, kurikulum pelatihan guru tahfidz Al-Qur’an meningkatkan kompetensi guru Tahfidz Al-Qur’an. Akhir dari penelitian ini dilakukan desiminasi dengan seminar, dan publikasi ilmiah Jurnal Scopus Q3, Sinta 2 dan Sinta 3. The competence of Tahfidz Al-Qur'an teachers in high schools, Madrasah Aliyah and Pontren in West Java has not met the standards. Therefore, a teacher training curriculum is needed. The design of the Tahfidz Al-Qur'an teacher training curriculum is a development of the At-Taisir method DR. Ustadz Adi Hidayat, Lc, MA—and the Simple Evaluation Recitation (TES) method of Ustadz Jemmi Gumilar ST. This study aims to design a training curriculum to improve the competence of Tahfidz Al-Qur'an teachers with effective and efficient methods. This research uses the design and development method. It will be carried out from June 2022 to February 2024. Identification was carried out through interviews with 8 resource persons. Assessment of teacher competency needs through a questionnaire to 216 Tahfidz Al-Qur'an teachers in several regions of West Java. Curriculum design and development are carried out feasibility tests by experts using the Delphi Survey method. The results of the feasibility test of the training curriculum are considered feasible by experts and a test of the effectiveness of the training curriculum is carried out. The effectiveness test of the training curriculum was carried out by training Tahfidz Al-Qur'an teachers at the Daarul Fikri Islamic Boarding School, Bekasi Regency. Evaluation of the effectiveness of the training curriculum through quasi-experimental studies is not equivalent, to quantitative descriptive statistical methods, (comparing the results of pre-test and post-test scores). The results of the pre-test and post-test of tajweed science, memorization, and effective communication methods show that the training curriculum of Tahfidz Al-Qur'an teachers improves the competence of Tahfidz Al-Qur'an teachers. The end of this research was carried out by seminars, and scientific publications in the Scopus Q3, Sinta 2, and Sinta 3 Journals. This training curriculum can be used as a guideline for teaching Tahfidz Al-Qur'an in high schools, Madrasah Aliyah, and Pontren. Keywords: Curriculum Design, Training, Tahfidz Al-Qur'an Teachers
