Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi dengan masih banyaknya anak sekolah dasar yang mengalami keterlambatkan dalam pengembangan keterampilan gerak dasar manipulatif seperti melempar, menangkap, dan menendang yang merupakan komponen penting dalam perkembangan motorik anak. Rendahnya tingkat aktivitas fisik sering dikaitkan dengan masalah konsentrasi yang mempengaruhi prestasi akademis anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh aktivitas jasmani berbasis perseptual motorik terhadap keterampilan gerak dasar manipulatif dan level konsentrasi anak sekolah dasar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen dengan desain penelitian pre-eksperimen one grup pre-test dan post-test dengan populasi siswa pada fase A di SDN Cikuda sebanyak 41 siswa. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan Test of Gross Motor Development-2 untuk mengukur keterampilan gerak dasar manipulatif dan Grid Concentrattion Test untuk mengukur level konsentrasi anak. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas-reliabilitas untuk uji instrumen level konsentrasi, uji normalitas dan uji parametrik menggunakan uji paired sample t-test dengan bantuan SPSS 27. Berdasarkan pengolahan dan analisis data mendapatkan hasil terdapat pengaruh aktivitas jasmani berbasis perseptual motorik terhadap ketrampilan gerak dasar manipulatif yang dibuktikan dari nilai sig 0,000 < 0,05, selain itu juga terdapat pengaruh aktivitas jasmani berbasis perseptual motorik terhadap level konsentrasi yang dibuktikan dari nilai sig 0,000 < 0,05. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh aktivitas jasmani berbasis perseptual motorik terhadap keterampilan gerak dasar manipulatif dan level konsentrasi anak sekolah dasar. This research was motivated by the fact that many elementary school children still experience delays in developing basic manipulative movement skills, such as throwing, catching, and kicking, which are important components in children's motoric development. Low levels of physical activity are often associated with concentration problems that affect children's academic performance. This study aimed to determine the effect of perceptual-motor-based physical activities on the fundamental manipulative motor skills of elementary school children. The method used in this research was an experimental method with a pre-experimental research design of one group pre-test and post-test with a student population in phase A at SDN Cikuda of 41 students. The research instrument used the Test of Gross Motor Development-2 to measure basic manipulative movement skills and the Grid Concentration Exercise to measure children's concentration levels. Data analysis used validity-reliability tests for concentration level instrument tests, normality tests, and parametric tests using paired sample t-tests with the help of SPSS 27. Based on data processing and analysis, the results showed that there was an influence of perceptual motor-based physical activity on basic manipulative movement skills, proven by a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05. Apart from that, there was also the influence of perceptual-motor based physical activity on concentration levels as evidenced by a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05. It can be concluded that there is an influence of perceptual motor-based physical activity on basic manipulative movement skills and concentration levels of elementary school children.
