Abstract
This research addresses the importance of children's literature in molding children's views and knowledge of moral values, especially those linked to the themes of siblings and self-acceptance, through an examination of the film Frozen (2013). In this movie, the sibling bond between Anna and Elsa, as well as Elsa's journey in accepting herself, is the main subject of analysis. Using qualitative approaches, this research identifies patterns and reasons that arise in the representation of siblings and self-acceptance in the film Frozen. The research results suggest that emotional support and sacrifice are the major traits that identify sisterhood, while self-acceptance may be found in Elsa's emotional path to fully embracing her individuality. Motifs such as doors, snow, ice, and the song "Let It Go" successfully intensify these ideas. This research provides insight into how children's literature, especially animated films such as Frozen, might affect the creation of children's characters and moral beliefs.
