Abstract

EVALUASI IMPLEMENTASI KURIKULUM MERDEKA DI SMA SANTA ANGELA BANDUNG ABSTRAK Hasil Survei Kepuasan Pelanggan Tahun Pelajaran 2022/2023 menunjukkan adanya kritik dan saran yang mengarah pada ketidakpuasan peserta didik dan orangtua terhadap pelaksanaan Kurikulum Merdeka di SMA Santa Angela. Kepuasaan pelanggan, merupakan salah satu indikator keberhasilan implementasi kurikulum. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan keberhasilan dan hambatan dalam implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di SMA Santa Angela menggunakan Model Evaluasi Countenance Stake. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan mixed-method research dan menggunakan metode evaluasi deskriptif. Partisipan penelitian adalah Pendidik, Peserta didik dan Orangtua, Kepala Satuan Pendidikan, Tim Kurikulum, dan Koordinator Kurikulum Yayasan. Peneliti menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, studi dokumen, dan kuesioner untuk mengumpulkan data. Hasil penelitian pada tahap persiapan (antecedents) menunjukkan bahwa SMA Santa Angela memenuhi standar pendidikan tenaga pendidik, namun baru sebagian kecil yang memiliki sertifikat pendidik. Untuk sarana dan prasarana masih membutuhkan ruang kolaborasi bagi peserta didik. Dengan adanya temuan bahwa pemahaman pendidik tentang Kurikulum Merdeka masih belum menyeluruh, maka perlu adanya pendampingan berkelanjutan dan peningkatan kompetensi pendidik. Secara berkala dan sistematis, evaluasi dan pengawasan oleh manajemen yayasan sangat penting untuk memantau dan memastikan bahwa Kurikulum Merdeka berjalan dengan benar. Pada tahap pelaksanaan (transaction), pelaksanaan pembelajaran berbasis proyek berjalan baik, namun ditemukan belum adanya diskusi umpan balik, penyusunan kesimpulan yang efektif, dan proses penilaian yang cukup menyita waktu. Pendidik perlu menerapkan model pembelajaran yang lain untuk meningkatkan pengalaman belajar dan meningkatkan keterampilan peserta didik, serta mencapai tujuan pendidikan yang lebih efektif. Pada tahap hasil (outcome), hasil belajar peserta didik meliputi aspek kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotor dilakukan secara menyeluruh. Orangtua dan peserta didik merasa puas dengan implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka. Kepuasan ini mencerminkan bagaimana orang tua menilai kualitas pendidikan yang diterima oleh peserta didik, termasuk efektivitas kurikulum yang diterapkan. Sehingga survei kepuasan pelanggan perlu dilakukan secara rutin untuk mendapatkan umpan balik yang berharga bagi pengembangan kurikulum. Kata kunci : Evaluasi Implementasi Kurikulum, Kurikulum Merdeka   EVALUATION OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE MERDEKA CURRICULUM AT SANTA ANGELA HIGH SCHOOL BANDUNG ABSTRACT The results of the 2022/2023 Study Year Customer Satisfaction Survey showed that there were criticisms and suggestions that led to the discontent of pupils and parents with the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum at Santa Angela High School. Customer satisfaction, is one of the indicators of successful implementation of the curriculum. The aim of this study is to describe the successes and obstacles in the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum at Santa Angela High School using the Countenance Stake Evaluation Model. The research was conducted using a mixed-method research approach and using descriptive evaluation methods. The research participants are Educators, Students and Parents, Head of Education Unit, Curriculum Team, and Foundation Curricular Coordinator. Researchers use observation techniques, interviews, document studies, and questionnaires to gather data. The results of research at the preparatory stage (antecedents) show that Santa Angela High School meets the educational standards of educational staff, but only a small portion of them have educational certificates. For facilities and facilities still need a collaborative space for students. With the findings that educators' understanding of the Merdeka Curriculum is still incomplete, there is a need for sustained support and enhanced competence of educators. Periodically and systematically, evaluation and supervision by the foundation management is essential to monitor and ensure that the Merdeka Curriculum runs properly. At the transaction stage, implementation of project-based learning went well, but it was found that there was no feedback discussion, effective conclusion formulation, and a time-consuming assessment process. Educators need to apply other learning models to enhance the learning experience and improve the skills of learners, as well as more effective educational goals. At the outcome stage, the student's learning results cover the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects thoroughly. Parents and pupils were satisfied with the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum. This satisfaction reflects how parents evaluate the quality of education received by students, including the effectiveness of the curriculum applied. So customer satisfaction surveys need to be conducted on a regular basis to get valuable feedback for curricular development.
