Abstract
Unit Pelayanan Teknis Daerah (UPTD) Pengendalian Penduduk dan Pembangunan Keluarga Kecamatan Cileunyi memiliki program penyuluhan pernikahan dini untuk remaja. Pelaksanaan penyuluhan masih dilakukan dengan cara konvensional, yaitu dengan mengumpulkan remaja di suatu tempat dan melakukan penyuluhan dengan metode ceramah. Media yang digunakan adalah leaflet dan PowerPoint yang hanya memberikan sedikit pengaruh terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan remaja dan perlu dilakukan penjelasan secara berulang sehingga perlu dilakukan inovasi terhadap media edukasi untuk penyuluhan yang bisa diakses dimanapun dan kapanpun. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melakukan perancangan website sebagai media edukasi risiko pernikahan dini bagi remaja dan mengetahui kelayakan website yang dirancang. Metode yang digunakan adalah System Development Life Cycle model Waterfall yang memiliki 5 tahapan, yaitu analysis, design, coding, testing, dan implementation maintenance. Pengujian dilakukan oleh 3 ahli materi, 2 ahli media, dan uji coba oleh remaja. Hasil pengujian oleh ahli agama mendapatkan nilai 4,00 (Baik), ahli bahasa mendapatkan nilai 4,4 (Sangat Baik), ahli psikolog mendapatkan nilai 4,2 (Baik), ahli desain mendapatkan nilai 4,4 (Sangat Baik), dan ahli pengembang aplikasi mendapatkan predikat “Berhasil” pada seluruh test case black box testing. Hasil uji coba oleh 50 responden remaja mendapatkan nilai 3,29 (Cukup Baik). Remaja yang telah menggunakan website mendapatkan pengetahuan baru sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa website EdukaDini yang dirancang layak digunakan oleh remaja sebagai media edukasi risiko pernikahan dini. ------ The Regional Technical Service Unit (UPTD) of Population Control and Family Development Cileunyi Sub-district has an early marriage counseling program for teenagers. The implementation of counseling is still carried out in a conventional way, namely by gathering adolescents in a place and conducting counseling using the lecture method. The media used are leaflets and PowerPoint which only have a small effect on increasing adolescent knowledge and need to be explained repeatedly so it is necessary to innovate educational media for counseling that can be accessed anywhere and anytime. The purpose of this research is to design a website as an educational media for the risks of early marriage for adolescents and determine the feasibility of the designed website. The method used is the System Development Life Cycle Waterfall model which has 5 stages, namely analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation maintenance. Testing was carried out by 3 material experts, 2 media experts, and trials by teenagers. The results of testing by religious experts get a score of 4.00 (Good), linguists get a score of 4.4 (Very Good), psychologists get a score of 4.2 (Good), design experts get a score of 4.4 (Very Good), and application developer experts get the predicate “Successful” on all black box testing test cases. The results of the trial by 50 teenage respondents received a score of 3.29 (Sufficient). It can be concluded that the designed scrollytelling website is suitable for use by teenagers as a medium for educating the risks of early marriage.
