Abstract
Low moral values and prosocial attitudes are the center of attention for all people without exception, especially at the elementary school level. In learning requires a learning process that can form moral values and prosocial attitudes. One of the learning models that can be used is the RADEC learning model. The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in moral values and prosocial attitudes of students after the application of the RADEC learning model. This study uses the classroom action research method (classroom action research). This research was conducted with a background to help answer the problem of low moral values and prosocial attitudes of students, especially at the elementary school level and can present a learning atmosphere that can raise and increase students' moral values and prosocial attitudes. The increase in moral values and prosocial attitudes of fourth grade students at SDN 4 Palimana Timur experienced an increase from initial understanding to students' final understanding. For the moral value of honesty, the initial understanding obtained an average of 52.65 in the moderate category to 94.49 in the high category. For the prosocial attitude of sharing initial understanding, it obtained a score of 50.56 in the moderate category to 88.17 in the high category. The prosocial attitude of early understanding cooperation obtained a score of 53.75 in the moderate category to 89.75 in the high category. Prosocial attitude helps the initial understanding to get 42.6 low categories to 90.8 high categories. Prosocial attitudes contributed to the initial understanding of getting 38.66 low categories to 91.66 high categories. Keywords: RADEC, Moral, Prosocial
