Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi munculnya virus Covid-19 mengakibatkan terbatasnya pembelajaran disekolah khususnya pembelajaran penjas, sehingga Walikota Bandung menginstruksikan dengan dikeluarkannya peraturan Walikota Bandung No. 83 tahun 2021 yang dalam pengimplementasian peraturan Walikota tersebut berbeda – beda disetiap sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan peraturan Walikota No.83 tahun 2021 khususnya dalam pembelajaran penjas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif, dengan menggunakan insidental sampling seluruh guru pjok sekolah dasar negeri di kota Bandung dengan menggunakan instrumen kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini terdapat empat moda pembelajaran yang digunakan yaitu moda pembelajaran daring, moda campuran langsung, moda campuran rotasi dan moda campuran kombinasi dengan persentase penggunaan moda pembelajaran daring (18,8%), moda pembelajaran campuran langsung (50%), moda pembelajaran campuran rotasi (18,8%), dan moda pembelajaran campuran kombinasi (12,5%). Setiap moda pembelajaran memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangannya masing – masing disesuaikan dengan keadaan dan kapasitas yang ada di masing - masing sekolah. Sehingga moda pembelajaran yang diterapkan sekolah sudah sesuai dengan kebutuhan di masing – masing sekolah. This research was motivated by the emergence of the Covid-19 virus resulting in limited learning in schools, especially physical education learning, so the Mayor of Bandung instructed the issuance of Bandung Mayor Regulation No. 83 of 2021 which in the implementation of the mayor's regulation is different in each school. The purpose of this study was to find out how the implementation of the mayor's regulation No. 83 of 2021, especially in physical education learning. This study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive method, using incidental sampling of all public elementary school corner teachers in the city of Bandung using a questionnaire instrument. The results of this study there are four learning modes used, namely online learning mode, blended learning live event mode, blended learning rotation mode and blended learning flex mode with the percentage of use of online learning mode (18,8%), blended learning live event mode (50%), blended learning rotation ( 18,8%), and blended learning flex mode combination (12,5%). Each learning mode has its advantages and disadvantages, each adapted to the circumstances and capacities that exist in each school. So that the learning mode applied by the school is in accordance with the needs of each school.
